The shower water was not very hot at all at night or in the morning and there were no hand sanitizer dispensers by the food bar.

I fell in their shower because floor is very slick. No bath mats. It wasn’t very clean and there was soap scum on the floor. I reported it and no apologies and they didn’t deliver a bath mat. I got a concussion

Friendly staff, convenient parking, large ckean suite, good breakfast and great location.

Great facility, helpful staff, convenient location, necessary shuttle to hospital and clinics, nice hot tub, pool and workout area—- it was all we hoped for with a bonus Wednesday happy hour.

Large rooms, awesome kitchen, great television, good HVAC, comfy bed and pillow, wonderful breakfast!

Dry clean, never building, decent breakfast Staff was friendly but not considerate of a handicapped person (myself) as far as offering a hand with getting things to and from my room. Cleaning staff were very considerate and helpful. 5 stars for them for sure. Room was missing some basic items like a building map, local restaurants advertising even a he restaurant right in the building didn’t have a menu in the room. Overall stay was good.

We have stayed here often in the past year. The staff is so kind. Rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. Breakfast is excellent.

Room and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was really good. Chicken fajita plus the breakfast regulars like Oatmeal, waffles, muffins scrambled eggs and potatoes.

Everything great here! Location is perfect for the St. Mary’s campus at Mayo. Breakfast is well above what you would expect for a hotel. Parking is a little unique and an extra charge ($15/night) but on-site and convenient.
