The hotel staff were very courteous and were professional, they also helped decorated the room which was a wonderful and thankful experience and i am really surprised by their top notch service

Had a great experience at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan with our group of colleagues! The staff were all so warm, welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist us whenever we needed. There were plenty of activities for us to enjoy throughout our 3D2N stay, and the relaxing atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Furthermore, the hotel is a 5 min walk from lagoi plaza which made things super convenient ! There is shuttle service to and from the ferry terminal and everything was so well organised and thoughtfully arranged, which made our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable, and for giving us the much-needed rest and quality time to recharge ourselves. Definitely a memorable stay, and we truly appreciate the wonderful hospitality!

Overall the stay was extremely good and we felt happy with the service. However, we had some issues with aircon. The hotel staff did assisted but the issue persists for both the nights. As a gesture they offered some local snacks which we couldn't take as it was a non vegetarian snacks.

An Unforgettable Family Stay at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel from 11 to 13 October 2026, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience! We initially booked a Deluxe Ocean View Room and requested an extra bed. Viona kindly recommended upgrading to a Villa with just a top-up, and we willingly accepted her recommendation. While our room was being prepared, the team thoughtfully provided us with a temporary room to freshen up, which we truly appreciated. When the team brought us to our villa, we were absolutely amazed by how spacious it was! We were genuinely surprised and grateful for the upgrade. It was such a wonderful decision, and we definitely did not regret it. The villa made our family stay so much more comfortable and memorable. A special mention to the housekeeping team, who were incredibly patient and understanding when one of our children had an accident during the night. As parents travelling with young children, we truly appreciated their kindness, patience, and understanding. Thank you for being so accommodating and making us feel at ease during the situation. The breakfast experience was another highlight of our stay! Jenni and Monica were so warm, kind, and accommodating. They even asked if we had any special food requests and recommended Bakwan Jagung and Bakwan Sayur for us to try. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness and the extra effort they made to ensure we enjoyed our breakfast. What touched us the most was how Monica remembered our children’s names! ❤️ It was such a simple yet meaningful gesture that made our children feel recognised and happy. These little personal touches truly make a difference and turn an ordinary hotel stay into a memorable family experience. To make our stay even more special, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary cake as a farewell treat on our last day. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture, and a lovely way to end our family holiday. We felt genuinely appreciated as guests. A heartfelt thank you to Viona, Jenni, Monica, the housekeeping team, and everyone behind the scenes who made our stay so wonderful. Your genuine hospitality, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We checked out with happy hearts, beautiful memories, and smiles on our children’s faces. This stay reminded us that what makes a hotel truly special is not just the room or the facilities, but the people who go the extra mile to make their guests feel welcomed and cared for. The location is really right in front of the beach and it is well taken care of by the Four Points staff. Clean and beautiful. The hotel staffs are very polite and helpful and always keep a smile on. Well done and good job

I really love it! Perfect hotel for staycation!! Just relax and enjoy the room with view. Facilities are clean and nice too!!

I stayed in Four Points for 3 nights. My visit to Bintan was a special experience to attend Bintan Triathlon. I chose Four Points due to the location is exactly next to the venue. And the hotel provided early breakfast for those who participated Bintan Triathlon. So it’s was really convenient for Us. Thank you
