Very quiet and comfortable, definitely worth the money. Remember to stay for at least three nights, otherwise, I think the transfer service isn't included. The Japanese restaurant upstairs is a bit pricey, but the food isn't bad. Their cocktails are good, and the sake selection is impressive, though not quite to my taste. The drink in the photo is that nice cocktail! 👍

Even the Aman in the city has its charms; this is definitely a top-tier experience in Bangkok. The rooms are impeccable, from design to maintenance, and very comfortable. The public areas offer plenty to explore; the lobby has a great view and connects to the restaurant without being noisy. I particularly loved the money tree in the lobby. Downstairs is Nai Lert Park, an urban oasis in the heart of bustling Bangkok that's worth visiting even if you're not staying at the hotel. The hotel's food is excellent; don't miss the crab porridge and crab omelet for breakfast – they are absolutely delicious! The service was flawless, and they provided many complimentary items. It's a shame I couldn't take the handmade chocolates with me!

The essence of a high-end hotel, especially at its price point, often boils down to the emotional value and overall experience it delivers. Firstly, even with temperatures soaring above 30 degrees Celsius, the allure of Naile Garden, being open to the public, was undeniable for many ladies eager to snap photos. However, as a guest, I highly recommend booking the hotel's exclusive tour. This is the only way to gain access to the interior of the former residence. While the tour is conducted entirely in English, which might be a bit challenging for some, the guide's attitude was excellent. A pleasant surprise was receiving a complimentary fan and being invited for drinks next door. Secondly, the hotel's staffing was more than adequate. Whenever I left my room, they would promptly tidy it – a remarkable three times from afternoon to evening, showcasing incredible attention to detail. I only experienced the BMW airport transfer service to the terminal, where staff were ready to assist with check-in. Thirdly, as it was my birthday, I had requested special arrangements in advance. Upon arrival, I was greeted with champagne and cake. Another cake was presented during dinner at the 19th-floor teppanyaki restaurant. Finally, breakfast was à la carte, a standard for luxury hotels. I highly recommend the Thai noodles; the broth was incredibly flavorful, far from a street-food experience. The latte was also made with excellent beans – I ordered two! Before leaving, there was a charming little ritual of drawing a lucky charm. Even though you know it's designed to be a good omen, it certainly maximizes that emotional value. By the way, the laundry bag was of excellent quality, and with permission, I took it home to use for my running gear.

Extremely poor. The staff were unprofessional and lacked boundaries; the butler even said a guest was 'very much like her friend.' Moreover, despite having her own WeChat app, the butler asked me to download WhatsApp (an app banned in China) to contact her for service. She never proactively added me on WeChat, the convenient contact method for Chinese guests. Throughout my stay, aside from using in-room facilities, there was no way to contact the hotel. While I, a solo female, was changing clothes, a male staff member opened the door and entered the room without permission. This was extremely uncomfortable and appalling! When I took a taxi, the hotel staff, without my permission, hailed a more expensive taxi for me. During the room tour, I asked if the drinks were complimentary. There were no labels indicating payment, and the butler confirmed they were all free. Later, at 12:00 AM, when I called staff to open a drink, I double-checked if they were free, and the staff again said yes. After checking out, I took the drinks with me. However, the hotel later called, claiming the drinks were not free and argued with me for 60 minutes. Seeing how desperate they were for these two bottles of wine, and understanding their difficulties, I initially didn't want to dwell on the miscommunication caused by their two employees. I decided to be magnanimous and return the wine, informing them I would send it to them after checking into my new hotel. However, the male driver who picked up the wine was very disrespectful. He demanded I open my suitcase at the entrance of my new hotel. He also didn't contact me directly about the issue but instead harassed and informed the check-in butler at my new hotel, putting pressure on me. This was extremely disrespectful and felt like they were bullying a solo female traveler. The hotel's two staff members made mistakes, but the customer had to bear the consequences. Only after I checked into my new hotel did the relevant butler contact me via WeChat (why didn't she add me on WeChat earlier when the guest couldn't use WhatsApp? Is she lazy and not providing service?). It seemed she was trying to shirk her responsibility. During my stay, the promised 24/7 private butler contact service was not provided.

The hotel's airport shuttle service allows access to the fast track lane at Bangkok Airport, which is a great perk. Both the service and facilities were very satisfying. The only minor drawback was the slightly small pool, and there was a slight sewer-like odor when stepping out of the elevator on the 14th floor. Hopefully, this can be improved.

Aman's service, as always, was exceptional. They provided round-trip airport transfers and even drove us to our next hotel. The general manager personally greeted us at the door, which was a very thoughtful touch. The room was spacious and luxurious, truly in a league of its own in Bangkok. The breakfast was delicious, and their signature Thai dishes are definitely worth trying. We also experienced the hotel's teppanyaki and spa, and I highly recommend the spa. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

Exceeded all expectations! Excellent hotel with top notch service. Huge room with great daylight lighting, it can be a bit dark at night but that’s a vibe if you like dim lighting. Nice facilities, and really enjoyed the live performances in the evening.

Everything was perfect, absolutely flawless! From check-in to check-out, they arranged all sorts of pleasant surprises, and the emotional value was off the charts! It's a shame I checked in midway through my trip, so I didn't get to experience the airport transfer or fast-track service, but they arranged a car to take me to my next hotel after check-out. Throughout my stay, every single staff member, including the General Manager, was attentive to guests' needs – a truly extraordinary experience! If the price is acceptable for you, I highly recommend checking it out!
