Waited almost an hour for the expedited immigration service upon arrival, but no one showed up because the time was wrong. Overall, the service at this city's Aman clearly isn't up to par; though early check-in was nice. The breakfast was decent, with many local dishes available. However, the overall management feels a bit chaotic, and the experience doesn't live up to those in Tokyo or New York.

A modern oasis in the middle of Bangkok. A great location for anybody wishing to venture out into different Aman destinations in Asia. This is a city Aman so it’s different from what you would typically expect. It definitely has a lot of potential!
