One of the best hotels that we have stayed. Beautiful rooms with the most beautiful views. Wonderful service by all the staff from the front office, to the bellman and even the cleaners are super nice. We were travelling with my disabled brother and they made sure we were comfortable. We were offered an upgrade to the horizon club room for a great price which was definitely worth it as the rooms had nicer views and comes with breakfast (with halal options), afternoon tea and also evening refreshments. They also arranged for our kids birthday in the room! Special thanks to Elaine at the front office for arranging late checkout for us since our flight is late at night, as well as Kenny at the horizon club for attending to us and ensuring we had a smooth check out. If we ever come to Shanghai again, we definitely will stay here. ❤️❤️❤️

Great view, and we went straight to the Horizon Club for check-in with no waiting in line. The front desk staff were very familiar with the hotel and gave clear, helpful explanations. Pudong Shangri-La, Shanghai exudes the grandeur of a triumphant climb. Highly recommended!

Room: beautiful design, soft bed, great water pressure. We let the hotel know ahead of time that we have our 3 year old son with us and they were able to offer a pullout bed free of charge. View: beautiful Staff: extremely nice and helpful Location: walking distance to (4-5 min) super brand mall and IFC mall (4-5 min) I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. It is very close to malls and places to eat.

Great hotel service! We were upgraded from the Zijin Tower to the Pujiang Tower, and the river view room was amazing. The breakfast had a great variety of options, and it's very convenient to get to the main attractions. It's close to both the ferry terminal and the metro station.

We had such great luck on this trip, and booking the hotel went smoothly. Choosing the Pudong Shangri-La was definitely the right decision! The location is super convenient—it's very easy to take a stroll along the riverside, and heading over to Super Brand Mall for dining and walking with the kids is a breeze. Best of all, the hotel service is simply amazing! WALLE WANG, the young lady who helped us with the check-in process, was so lovely. Seeing that we were traveling with a toddler under three, she went out of her way to help us upgrade to a river-view suite. This was a wonderful surprise for our family of three visiting Shanghai for the very first time! The suite is spacious, and our little one was thrilled to run around. The cleanliness of the hotel gave us great peace of mind, and the room setup was delightful. We will definitely stay here again the next time we return to China.
