lack of facilities. check in/out is slow and need to pay RM50 cash deposit. room sound-proof is terrible. can hear outside sound and alarm chime from the room. no toothbrush and toothpaste provided. pillow cover is not clean, 1 towel was torn. lack of facilities. room is considered very expensive considering the services, facilities and location
