Great experience! The staff were incredibly polite. I used both the pool and the spa, but the spa was a bit cold, and they demanded a tip from me at the end.

The hotel isn't far from the airport, about a 20-minute drive. The environment is nice, and there are two security checks. The pool bar on the top floor offers great views both day and night. The room is quite spacious and has a view of the harbor.

My husbands office often choose Bai hotel not only bec it is near his office site, but bec of the ambience, cleanliness and excellent customer service. The breakfast spread was really impressive. We enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely be back!

The location is still acceptable as going everywhere is beyond easy reach with Grab. Although there are traffic jam, we are still able to reach a destination on time. This hotel is too security in the sense they scan all items when you are back hotel. Everything in the room was good but there are leakage on the tap which make us irritated when using the basin.

Simply fantastic. One of the best hotels to stay in Cebu. I stayed for one night before heading to the airport and it was amazing. The staff are dressed beautifully and incredibly helpful. But more to this, everyone in the hotel is friendly- including the other hotel guests! Amazing rooftop bar and facilities. Will be back!
