This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short walk from a bustling shopping mall and close to the ferry terminal, making it perfect for sightseeing! The room was clean, and the staff were very accommodating.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. There's parking available, but it comes with an extra charge! Check-in is self-service, and there's complimentary tea, coffee, and even unlimited Blue Seal ice cream. It's small but perfectly formed, absolutely fantastic!

The room was very clean, which I appreciated. Having a bathtub was fantastic for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. The front desk staff were very helpful, and all the staff I passed by greeted me, making for a pleasant experience. It's incredibly convenient with restaurants right in front of the hotel, and the Euglena Mall is also easily accessible. Being close to the Remote Island Terminal means you can explore many shops too!

Except for its good accessibility, being located inside a market alley, everything else was just bad.

8.0Very good
It's good for those driving travellers as they offer free parking. Several big supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Beach is just in ANA hotel with 10mins walk. Small pool is available for kids.

I was a bit worried about the last-minute stay, but the polite service and clean room put me at ease. I'd definitely like to stay here again if I have the chance.

You can walk to the remote island terminal and there are plenty of dining options. The only downside is that breakfast is a bit expensive.

Easy to reach from the airport if you're driving, but the hotel parking lot is small, so we had to park outside, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was decent.

This hotel is great for independent travelers: it's close to the port, bus station, cafes, and shops. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the towels are changed daily. The only downside was that the room wasn't cleaned once during my 5-night stay. The hotel offers a good breakfast for an extra charge.
