Going to start off by saying, take the bad revewis with a pinch of salt. Me and my partner booked this as a last minute retreat for some sun and didnt know what we were going to get. To our surprise it was a great stay, lovely staff, nice hotel, very cheap drinks and food which are made fresh and taste great, the rooms are cleaned daily, apart from one time which was the day before our check out (we didnt care) Couple of bad things The noise from neighbours and the maids... The maids like a laugh at work like any of us, but the walls/windows are awful, we were getting woken up at around 8-8:30 every morning by them laughing, carrying on or pressing a door bell over and over and over and over and over and over again... so bring earplugs if you value your sleep or plan on having a heavy night. You can hear people above you walking around lightly, hear every door close, every footstep down the stairs. Bare in mind the hotel is on a massive hill, especially if you suffer from ill health or mobility issues... it definitely wouldn't be for you (totally not the hotels fault i know) however taxi from down main adeje will cost you a couple of quid to come back up the bank and is a life saver. Overall, id definitely come back, id of definitely stayed longer if I could. Take the bad reviews with a pinch of salt as they're very overdramatic. Also id recommend nearby restaurants as a must try, such as luuma which is down the beach and Rodeo Churrasquería which is located less than a 10 min walk away and is STUNNING.
