The environment is amazing, and the service is excellent. The front desk staff proactively upgraded my room, which was a very thoughtful touch. The entire hotel feels like a cultural and tourism exhibition center for Baoding. The lower floors are dedicated to various Baoding delicacies. It's definitely worth experiencing.

Parking is convenient and free for guests. The rooms, cleanliness, and service were decent. We called ahead for an extra bed, and it was ready when we arrived. The only slightly disappointing part of our trip was that breakfast on holidays ended at 9:30 AM, which felt a bit early. The snack street downstairs was just so-so and a bit greasy. The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from the attractions and museums.

The room was very spacious and unique. Downstairs is Baoding Yan, with various snacks and performances on the first floor, and the main Baoding Yan restaurant on the second and third floors. Breakfast is served on the 23rd floor and is quite extensive, with a Western-style dinner buffet in the evening. The service was excellent, and fresh fruit was delivered to the room daily. Parking was free for guests, and the parking lot was huge!

Facilities: The facilities are excellent. We were upgraded to the 13th floor, which offered a perfect view of the sunset. The room had good soundproofing, was spacious, and the shower had strong water pressure, making it very comfortable. Environment: The hotel shares a location with Baoding Yan. The accommodation is upstairs, and there's dining downstairs with plenty of snacks and lively activities. Highly recommended! 🥰

The cleanliness of the room's floor could be improved, and the overhead shower in the bathroom wasn't great. However, the front desk and customer service staff were incredibly helpful, patiently and meticulously explaining and resolving any issues. I'd definitely stay here again.

I booked the hotel in the morning, and the price dropped after I checked in in the afternoon. I contacted the hotel, and they coldly told me to deal with Ctrip myself. Luckily, Ctrip resolved it promptly and offered a subsidy. I changed my license plate information once, but still had to pay for parking when leaving. No idea how that happened. The facility details are too rough; they don't match the hotel's supposed caliber. When I checked out at 5 AM, there was no one in the lobby. Which hotel lobby isn't open 24 hours? Is this the service level for a hotel of this class? I'm truly speechless.

This is my second stay. The first time was booked offline; the housekeeper entered the room around 9 AM without knocking, which was very unreasonable. After explaining the situation to the front desk, the manager called several times but couldn't clarify the issue and the matter was left unresolved. This time, I booked online, and the room didn't have any mold or odor issues, but there were cracks in the corners, and the windows and walls were dusty. This hotel represents the image of Baoding, and the service and environment are terrible.

The hotel is located right next to Baoding Banquet Hall, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. We not only tried Baoding's local delicacies but also enjoyed various performances and visited old shops and artifacts. The complimentary guided tour of the museum gave us a deeper understanding of Baoding's history, making the trip truly worthwhile.
