The hotel was clean, the aroma smell was so refreshing. All staff was very friendly and helpful. The welcome drinks is an authentic Indonesian welcome drinks with Pandan & lemongrass smell. I’ve order the in room massage, it was super good. After massage it was so nice n relax. Will come back again next time if I come visit Semarang again.

The service is excellent, everyone from security, doormen, checkin staff, room service, breakfast team to chamber maid. We didn’t book with breakfast but we ended up eating there for three mornings!! Quite a lovely spread to enjoy. Great coffee as well! And the coffee shop offers fresh juices outside of the breakfast hours. We ordered room service too and the food was delicious. The only drawback I can write is that the plumbing really needs improvement. The odour is bad. The last day was the worst the smell went into the bedroom as well.

It was an awesome experience in Aruss. I would like to commend the very helpful employees, everyone was so nice and welcoming. Hotel is near supermarket making it really convenient on buying your food or late night snacks however, its quite far from malls and other landmarks. During ramdaman, it took us few minutes to book a taxi, whether gojek or bluebird and the fare rate shoot up when non-peak hours. I would appreciate if the pool is heated and if the sauna will be placed outside the gym. But all in all, I love my stay in Aruss hotel and I will definitely comeback.

First time staying at this hotel. The environment was pretty good, and breakfast was quite rich. The swimming pool was absolutely beautiful. I'd definitely consider staying here again. Nothing else really stood out.
