The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore

This is a fantastic hotel with amazing views; we even saw fireworks! Definitely worth a visit, and the service was excellent. There was no discrimination towards Chinese guests, and check-in was smooth with no communication barriers. They even gave my child a small dessert for their birthday.

The service was excellent. They confirmed our check-in details via email in advance, and since we arrived very late at night, they kindly offered a complimentary late check-out until 2 PM the next day. The breakfast selection was extensive.

The location is fantastic, very close to Merlion Park and super convenient for getting to Marina Bay Sands. The night view is absolutely stunning, and the swimming pool is crystal clear – really great. My only minor complaint is that there were some communication issues with the front desk staff when speaking Chinese.

The staff were all very kind and the breakfast was delicious, which I really appreciated. My only minor suggestion would be for them to pay a little more attention to room maintenance (the sink was clogged and the hairdryer wasn't working).

I really loved the hotel's gym and spa area, which has a sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi, but they're separated into male and female zones, so unfortunately, couples can't use them together. The location is super. You can walk across a pedestrian bridge to the malls where you can find everything you need. The view from the window is amazing, especially at night – you can even take a bath with a beautiful view.

Next time I'm in Singapore, I'll definitely stay here again. It's very comfortable and convenient.

We arrived at 8:30 AM, and our reserved room wasn't ready yet. The front desk staff saw that we were tired and traveling with a small child. After getting our consent, she kindly upgraded our room, allowing us to get our room key early and rest. We're very grateful to this female staff member, though it's a pity we didn't catch her name. Overall, the hotel's dining and room service were excellent. We'll definitely choose The Ritz-Carlton again on our next visit to Singapore.
