Booked 2 separate bookings for 1 night and 3 nights respectively as I was going to Chaing Rai in between. They kept my luggage for me for 3 nights while I was away. When I came back, my luggage was already in the room and they gave me back the same room. Appreciate that 🥰

Fantastic hotel experience! We upgraded our room to the king size bed room for a good price. It was definitely worth it.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is great and the facilities are so nice. In the lobby, there is a cafe where they provide free coffee, tea, and small bites daily. The soap in the rooms smells incredible, the beds are so comfy, and there is a fridge of free water on every floor.
They even set up a special birthday song in the lobby with a delicious piece of cake from the bakery next door for my boyfriend’s birthday. The room also had a towel display with elephants and a birthday cake, so cute!
Cannot recommend this hotel enough, and can’t wait to come back!

It’s a good stay at the old town area. Walking distance to The PHae Gate (15min). The hotel provides all time snacks and light breakfast & coffee for free, cup noodle for supper. 👍🏻

Great hotel with free cafe in the lobby for guests. The air conditioning in the room took a bit of time to get going, but it wasn't uncomfortable. The hotel is right on the main road so can be a little noisy, but okay on the higher floors. We had a great stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing all the essentials but not lacking anything - I appreciated their eco-friendly approach. The lobby has a cozy atmosphere and is pleasantly quiet. They provide snacks all day long (or until 3pm). The staff were polite and attentive; for instance, when it started to rain, they promptly offered us umbrellas we can use.
The location is also a plus, with several massage places nearby and a cheap yet delicious restaurant right next door. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money.

Very nice hotel. Good location. Can walk to many attractions easily. The hotel is clean and decorated well. The service staff are friendly and helpful. You get complimentary coffee and snacks at the front desk area.

For the price alittle disappointing. Could of had coffee and tea in the room and breakfast cld of being alittle more in the coffee shop.
The street noise from the street was bad had to use ear plugs which is not the best and all it needs is double glazing to the doors.
Staff very nice
Room was clean but my effort cld of being put in like spider cobs behind curtains but otherwise ok.
