The rooms were decent. We booked two rooms for three people at a very cheap rate, costing less than 100 RMB per person. On the first floor, there's complimentary coffee, cookies, fruit, and instant noodles for guests. However, the window was tiny and only overlooked an air conditioning unit. If you have the budget, I'd suggest upgrading to a room with a view, as ours felt more like a **room. But it's perfectly fine for a one-night stay! Overall, highly recommended!

So close to Tha Phae Gate, and our room had a river view – we even saw a rainbow after the rain, so lucky! The facilities were clean, and the water pressure was great. The food at the bar was amazing! We'll definitely be back!

This hotel is very clean and it's located very strategically close to everything you want! I had the window room and they said the road noise was loud but to me it's aceptable and I can sleep like a baby still. Good hotel for its price!

On the evening of our second night, we found several cockroaches in our room. Staff sprayed pesticides in the room while we were present. Shortly after, more cockroaches appeared, including on the ceiling. We were told to keep the balcony door open and stay in the room, which was not acceptable. No alternative room or hotel was offered, and we were left without accommodation that night. The compensation was not appropriate for the situation. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean, and the staff's service was excellent. Free coffee was a nice touch, and the congee shop next door was delicious and perfect for breakfast. I'd definitely like to stay here again when I come back to Chiang Mai.
