On the evening of our second night, we found several cockroaches in our room. Staff sprayed pesticides in the room while we were present. Shortly after, more cockroaches appeared, including on the ceiling. We were told to keep the balcony door open and stay in the room, which was not acceptable. No alternative room or hotel was offered, and we were left without accommodation that night. The compensation was not appropriate for the situation. I cannot recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in the heart of Chiang Mai's Old City, right by the moat. It's a charming and comfortable place. The lobby downstairs doubles as a cafe, offering complimentary snacks and coffee! The room itself is on the smaller side, but very cozy. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy since it's facing the street. Overall, I'd say it offers good value for money.

This hotel is ideally located near the North Gate of the Old City, very close to the night market, and not far from Tha Phae Gate. The hotel offers complimentary coffee and snacks from morning to afternoon. However, the price is a bit on the higher side compared to other hotels.

I have travel solo to Chaing Mai and stay at Sannae. The best thing is the all day free flow water bottles and orange. Not only that they go cafe, FOC for the guests, running till 3 pm and provide cup noodles for supper. The staffs are very friendly. Plus, the location is very good close to 7Eleven and multiple good food places and jazz bar

Booked 2 separate bookings for 1 night and 3 nights respectively as I was going to Chaing Rai in between. They kept my luggage for me for 3 nights while I was away. When I came back, my luggage was already in the room and they gave me back the same room. Appreciate that 🥰

Very meh, shower wasnt that clean, door was disgusting with stains, AC dying Nd the reviews of cockroaches on the bed(although we personally saw none) messed with our sleep. Besides the worse sound insulation ever as it felt like we were sleeping on the street itself. Honestly for a just a bit more, you can get waaaay better.

Clean, cozy and comfortable. The room is not super big but we managed with 2 big luggage. Sink is in the bedroom not the bathroom but it’s alright as we had a small tiny balcony as well. Close to a jazz bar that’s always filled with people and walking distance to Tha phae gate. No breakfast but light snacks provided in the morning with good enough coffee. Snacks provided at the lobby throughout the day and you help yourself to it. Good stay.
