The company was overbooked and initially they run out of car for the specific 4WD car I already paid. At that time many other customers were waiting for cars equipped with Snow Tires, and it seems the company run out of them! After waiting for about an hour, the staff finally let me use one of the other reserved exact car which I wanted and its conditions were in a very good condition with 17,170km meter. We appreciate the staff’s effort in accomodating this. As a note, you will need to pay additional ¥2,200/day for Snow Tires and ¥300/day for ETC Card.

Booking a car through Trip.com, including insurance, cost NT$1323 per day after the discount. Fuel cost approximately ¥1100 for the day. This small car is easy to park, fuel-efficient, and suitable for two people in a family. Booking here is cheaper than renting on-site, and the colors are plentiful and cute. I compared prices on Eztravel and Trip.com, but Trip.com was the cheapest. They also offer two insurance options, which are more affordable than on-site insurance. Definitely buy insurance; it's inexpensive and provides protection. I'll definitely book here again, especially since they have Chinese-speaking staff who can provide immediate assistance.

The car handover was very convenient; it was done in the parking lot opposite the airport, and the paperwork was completed in less than ten minutes. The car was in very good condition, with only a few scratches on the exterior, but the interior was quite new and clean. The GPS on the doors only works with iPhones, so I had to use Google Maps on my phone to drive and find my way. That's one of the few drawbacks! Returning the car was also very simple and took less than five minutes!

The car was in good condition, with some minor signs of use but nothing affected the driving. The airport pick-up and drop-off service was very convenient; you could pick up and return the car at the same location. The car was exactly as booked. Booking was easy, requiring minimal paperwork and was hassle-free. I would definitely book again if I have the opportunity.

The car was in excellent condition! Two employees from AMB car rental company greeted us warmly upon pickup. The entire rental process was seamless; helpful information was sent via a WhatsApp group before departure, and they explained everything meticulously upon pickup. For the following days, I could ask questions in Chinese through the group and received prompt replies. Finally, I returned the car smoothly. I'm very grateful that my Nagoya trip ended in such a joyful atmosphere. I look forward to my next trip, and I will definitely choose AMB again next time! 😍
