lWe always end our Bangkok trips at this hotel. After moving around Thailand, it’s exactly the kind of place we want for the last few days: comfortable, clean, and easy.
The rooms are consistently spotless and very well designed. The beds are comfortable, the amenities feel almost first class, and the little details make a difference. The hairdryer is actually powerful (not the typical weak hotel one), and the toiletries are high quality and generous. Complimentary water is provided daily, which is always appreciated in Bangkok’s heat. There’s also a very nice coffee shop on site, perfect for a relaxed morning before heading out.
The staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. The location is great too, convenient but still with a cool, modern vibe around it.
The pool is on the smaller side and almost always busy, so don’t expect a quiet, empty oasis. That said, the view is absolutely incredible and makes it worth it. The gym is genuinely impressive, with high-quality equipment. Even when it’s quite full, it’s still enjoyable to work out there, although at times it can get a bit warm.
One thing to note: when asking for a paid late checkout, we were told the hotel was fully booked. However, it was possible to extend the stay by booking an additional night. It felt more like a policy of not offering late check-out rather than actual availability. It would be more transparent to simply say that late check-out isn’t offered beyond a certain time, instead of framing it as full occupancy.
Overall, despite that small frustration, this remains our favorite place to stay at the end of our Bangkok trips. Comfortable, stylish, well equipped, and consistently reliable. We’ll definitely keep coming back.
