Hotel Emion Tokyo Bay

Reception and staff cannot speak english so it is very difficult to communicate, so it take us a long time to check in but other else the hotel is great, free shuttle bus to disney with short waiting time and the room is big, there are 2 tower so make sure if you booked 2 type rooms you may get the different tower but not too far from each other

Very beautiful and comfortable

We arrived from Fuji and checked in quite late at night to this hotel. It is quite a far walk from the metro, about 15mins walk but they have shuttle bus to and from Disneyland which is convenient for people visiting Disneyland. We stayed for one night as we planned to visit Disney the next day. Front desk is well equipped with English and helped us check in very quickly. They introduced us their hotel facilities very well and gave us free spa voucher to use for the night or early morning. They also helped us to book a taxi as we need to go to the nearby AEON mall to buy some stuff and grab our dinner. We were very tired from a long day in Fuji so we decided to take a taxi. The room is spacious and we have plenty space to open our luggage fully on the floor. Toilet was split into dry for toilet bowl, wet for shower. This is the best part of this hotel! If i were to visit disney again, i would definitely stay at this hotel again.

A very good place to stay if you are going to Disney Resorts, but it's very far if you want to go to the city.

I love this hotel. It is perfect for Disney and easy to get to. Clean, great value and has everything you need. Great food, so bright and clean. We came here last year, and had to come back this year as everything is perfect

Third time - enjoyable stay, as always. The hotel is conveniently located in Urayasu, near two malls, and close enough to public transports. Practical if you want to visit Disneyland. The only (minor) issue with the room ; one window seal was damaged, thus leaking air when using the airco, producing a slight whistling sound.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Emion Tokyo Bay. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions we had. The free shuttle service to Tokyo Disney Resort was extremely convenient and made our trip much easier. Our room was spacious, quiet, and provided a relaxing place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. We also appreciated the hotel’s great location near Shin-Urayasu Station, making it easy to travel around Tokyo. Overall, we were very impressed with the quality of service and accommodations. We highly recommend Hotel Emion Tokyo Bay to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially families and Disney travelers. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.
