The service here was impeccable. The room was very large well kept. All areas were cool and very clean. Mostly all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Every time I visit Da Nang, I feel that it is the most relaxing destination of all. I choose this hotel for its location—less than five minutes from My Khe Beach—and the abundance of nearby restaurants and shops. While there are other factors, the quality of sleep is my top priority when traveling; although I sometimes try staying at other hotels for the first night, none offer the same sense of comfort as this one. Above all, I appreciate that the customer service team actively seeks feedback upon checkout. I would especially like to thank Cindy from the service team; I am grateful for her constant efforts to improve the service. If I visit Da Nang again, I would definitely want to stay at the Cicilia Hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at Cicilia Hotel and would definitely book here again! The location is ideal — it’s close to the beach, restaurants, bars, spas, convenience stores, and even a gym. Basically, everything I needed was just around the corner, which made my stay really convenient. I also really enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool and bar. It’s such a nice place to unwind and relax in the evening after exploring Da Nang. A special thank you to Cindy, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. She went out of her way to make sure all my needs were taken care of, and I truly appreciated her warm and friendly service. She definitely deserves some recognition for her efforts! Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Cicilia Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable! 😊

Good location, near to beach, cafe and food. Friendly service from front office (Cindy) texted us to make sure all ok during our stay.
