The hotel was very clean, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. They even have robots that deliver food! Because there's subway construction nearby, the hotel thoughtfully provided noise-canceling earplugs to ensure a peaceful stay, which was a really nice touch. Overall, a great experience.

The location is pretty good, very close to Shenzhen North Station. However, it's a bit of a walk to the subway. Taking a taxi to Hongshan Station on Line 4 is quick, and it's very convenient to get to Futian Port. I booked this hotel mainly to go to Hong Kong, so I'm very satisfied with the location – it's hassle-free whether by subway or high-speed rail. The front desk lady was super nice! She upgraded my room and put me in a quiet room away from the street construction.

The front desk staff were really friendly and enthusiastic. The lobby was clean and bright, and the elevators were fast. They even gave us a free room upgrade! Breakfast was plentiful, clean, and hygienic.
