The room cleanliness is quite good. I highly recommend the Yuma Xiyan Restaurant, which specializes in Yunnan cuisine. The dishes are very fresh and the staff are very enthusiastic. The venue is great for taking Instagram-worthy photos, featuring alpine garden vegetation and local Yunnan Guifeng red stones on the ground that fit the theme nicely. The restaurant's wild vegetables and Yunnan cold rice noodles are highly recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised by this room! Even though it's located right in the bustling heart of Luzumiao near Jiefangbei and I expected it to be loud, it turned out to be remarkably quiet overall. The first floor is called "The Road Home," a design hotel by Wulan Casa—an urban hotel brand under Yunnan's Wulian Group, hailing from the foot of Yulong Snow Mountain in Yunnan. Every single spot in the hotel is extremely Instagram-worthy; it's just a pity the weather wasn't on my side and the sun didn't really come out. However, their rooftop restaurant, Yuma Xiyan, is very interesting—named after corn, potatoes, tomatoes, and salt (Yu, Ma, Xi, Yan). I ordered a meal there; it's a bit pricey, but the taste is genuinely fantastic.

This hotel has a botanical theme throughout, and the toiletries used are made from plant extracts like alpine snow lotus and edelweiss. Upon check-in, preserved hydrangeas are placed at the door of the room. Girls will especially love it. The overall ambiance is great, and it's very photogenic. It's a designer hotel, and the brand seems quite popular—there's also a branch in Yunnan. This style is very trendy right now. All rooms are non-smoking, which is exceptionally friendly for someone like me who can't stand the smell of smoke. Breakfast is complimentary, and the front desk, restaurant, and room service were all good, well worth the price.

The staff provide butler-style service, and the breakfast features local Yunnan specialties. Each room is named after a snow-capped mountain scenery in Yunnan, such as Tundra, Forest Stream, Sunny Ridge, and Cloud Peak. The front desk upgraded me to a twin room with both street views and botanical views, and the soundproofing was excellent. Upstairs, there is an alpine garden bar which is fantastic for photos and check-ins. The evening vibe is absolutely amazing and perfect for small gatherings.

We stayed at Wulan Casa Hotel with several families of friends. It belongs to the Yunnan-based Wulanyulan Group. The staff seemed exceptionally loyal and passionate about their brand—it was the first time I could genuinely feel a corporate culture radiating from the employees. The front desk shared their core values with us: "Look inward through the window, look out at the world." Their lobby also features some very striking and powerful lacquer paintings by master Wu Guanzhen.

Highly recommend their restaurant and bar—super photogenic and perfect for a 9-photo grid on social media. It perfectly captures the vibe of 'a wilderness amidst neon lights,' featuring low-rise historic architecture surrounded by skyscrapers with a distinct Republic of China era charm. The low-lying plant landscaping gives you a cozy, grounded feeling of being right at home. The staff are warm and enthusiastic. Without a doubt, this is a true designer hotel! The room was also very comfortable; the bed linen is 100-count cotton, much softer than what you find in most hotels, and the toiletries are botanical-based. Wishing Yunnan Wuyulan Group continued success and an even brighter future!

An urban debut from Yunnan's Wuyulan in the mountain city and foggy capital, featuring their Yunnan snow mountain botanical theme—truly one of a kind. The twin room features a genuine custom-made plant landscape outside the window, which is quite ingenious. Unlike many Jiefangbei hotels that just look into empty inner courtyards, the greenery here keeps the room from feeling claustrophobic. Right outside the restaurant is a botanical garden, adding color and vitality to this neon-lit city. The restaurant boasts great ceiling height and a wonderful atmosphere, serving authentic Yunnan cuisine with very fresh mushrooms.

This is the first urban hotel in downtown Chongqing by Yunnan's Wuyuelan. The style and quality of the in-room amenities create a wonderful ambiance—it truly feels like a professionally designed boutique hotel with great character. There is an alpine garden on the 5th floor; the moment the elevator opens during breakfast, you are greeted by stunning views, completely surrounded by lush greenery. The breakfast setting is very peaceful, without the usual crowds and hustle of a buffet. Although it's a newly opened hotel, there were no chemical or renovation odors at all. The room I stayed in, named 'Linjian' (Forest Stream), offered a partial street view and a quiet, serene vibe reminiscent of an old lane house. Both the room and the garden are extremely photogenic, and the Yuma Xiyan Restaurant is also great for photos. The facilities are fully equipped, and the service is excellent.
