Yangshuo Shanli Shanwai • Secret Valley Resort Hotel (Near the Ten Mile Gallery and Yulong River)

I brought my mom to Yangshuo and found this hotel on Trip.com. I have to say, this hotel is so good it deserves all these pictures! I really don't want you to miss out on such a comfortable stay. The cleanliness is impeccable, absolutely spotless, and they even use high-end hair dryers and toiletries. As for the scenery, there are so many picturesque spots. Breakfast, eating while looking at Guilin's most famous scenery, is truly delightful. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's refined and delicious. The pool water is also very clean; as someone who loves swimming, I even swam for nearly 40 minutes. This pool is definitely not just for show; I even saw a robot cleaning it. Now, about the service – I honestly can't find a single fault. After booking, you're assigned two dedicated concierges (Cola and Mia) who create a chat group specifically to assist you, which is very thoughtful (check out the conversation in the last picture). All in all, this hotel is 100% worth staying at. Plus, it's very close to Shuie Di Pier, just an 8-9 minute walk.

Choosing this hotel to avoid the crowds at the Ten-Mile Gallery turned out to be a beyond-expectations experience! Hidden away in a valley, Shanshanshanwai Secret Resort offers a tranquil environment surrounded by Guilin's iconic peak-forest scenery. The room was spotless and equipped with a Dyson hairdryer, high-end toiletries, and a sound system—just staying inside felt so healing. The public areas have a very stylish design, and the cliffside pool is perfect for taking photos. Ideal for a slow-paced getaway; if you want to skip the rushed sightseeing and quietly enjoy the stunning landscapes, I highly recommend this place.

Flawless stay experience ✨ Mountains Inside and Out is truly a hidden sanctuary in the valley. Surrounded by mountains with breathtaking views, watching the sunrise and sunset over the peak forests from the rooftop viewing platform was simply stunning. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with high-quality hardware. The hotel is quiet and serene, far away from the hustle and bustle. The public areas are great for taking Instagram-worthy photos, and it's close to the Yulong River bamboo rafting pier. The service was attentive, making it an ideal place for a relaxing vacation. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Yangshuo.

Overall, it offers great value for money and is well worth a return visit.

Feels good overall. The environment is very clean and the service is great. However, the morning was a major glitch—the water pipes in the second-floor room started making noise from 7:30 to 8:00 AM. My friend's room had the same issue. Aside from this, everything else was great.

The hotel's environment, design, service, and breakfast were all fantastic! First-class interior design, absolutely love it! Especially having a five-star breakfast outdoors at the restaurant while taking in the views of the Li River! Highly recommended!
