Bayu Lestari Island Resort

Island is very beautiful and beach is clean . We went as a big group of 12 . Took the Seaview bungalow for 2 nights . The stay is very average, and during check in itself toilets not clean and smell bad. Surely need to improve on cleaning and maintenance of the houses. Bayu Lestari should advise all guest to take insect repellent creams . Lot of sandflies in beach and three of us suffer bad bites and itching for a week almost.. staffs are very helpful and do all our requests . We really enjoyed the peaceful environment and time spent with family . But please improve cleaning and pest control

We went to pulau besar on 6-8 June 2025..for Eid UL adha break..it was about 10 yrs ago since mylast visit there. We stayed at Bayu Lestari Resort. We had a great welcome from the resort crew..right from the jetty until we reach the resort.we felt welcome. We stayed at villa number 2..facing the sea..with 5single beds..even though only 3 of us ..spacious chalet. We was given some sort like insect repellent lemon grass spray to put in the room,also give tooth brush and paste too. Lucky us...no mosquito at all inside the room..even though we do expect some ..to me I really need good pillow when staying at hotels or resorts and bayu Lestari had it all..cozy deco inside the room with a bit of balinise touch. Nice . Room also clean. When at the bea side..there a few hammocks attached to the coconut trees and the staff do mainted the things..sleeps there and I don't feel itchy..which means it's clean.. there is 2 warungs nearby and 1 masjid..all walking distance..buy hey don't worry, just inform the reception and you may choose to either borrow their bicycle,tricycle for free and also there are buggy which can carry u from one point to another.day 2we went for islands hopping ,arranged by the resort crews as well. And as expected, all are happy with the trips. Thank you bayu Lestari Resort for the great hospitality.we will definitely be back soon and with more friends and family members.

Comfortable accommodation and a quiet village atmosphere. Enough beds and basic amenities for the five of us. Beautiful panorama. Many interesting spots for taking pictures and ootd. The beauty of the sunset from the jetty. The food provided is all delicious. We will definitely come back again later. Thank you Bayu Lestari for the best service 💐

Located by the beach area on the Island, accessible directly from the jetty via boat from Mersing. Room was basic but most importantly clean. Seaview was simply marvelous. Common area with games and pool table for guests. Serves breakfast lunch and dinner.
