.Unfortunately, I have to be honest that the experience we received was very different from what was presented and promised. The quality of the accommodation, food, and overall service was far below expectations and, in my opinion, not in balance with the price paid. Some of the main concerns were the quality and cleanliness of the rooms, the very limited food choices, and the lack of experienced management on site. It appeared that some newer staff members were doing their best, but there was a clear lack of leadership and organisation. Several promises were made to resolve issues but unfortunately nothing changed during our stay. Considering the price level comparable to what one could pay for a luxury hotel experience was a very disappointing experience and unfortunately one we would rather forget. I have travelled extensively and have rarely experienced accommodation with such poor cleanliness standards. The level of cleaning and maintenance was far below what should be expected for this category and price point. The poor hygiene standards, low food quality, inadequate cleaning, and the widespread presence of bedbugs and sandflies is unacceptable It is evident that the accommodation delivered is not in line with what was advertised or what you reasonably expected to receive.
