The hotel is absolutely beautiful, a former monastery, and its location is fantastic, right in the heart of Granada. The service was excellent. As a Marriott Platinum member, I received a complimentary breakfast and was upgraded to a Junior Suite. The breakfast was à la carte, delicious, and the service was great too!

The location was excellent, just minutes from Old Town. The enthusiastic concierge brought my luggage to the room and excitedly told me it was a 14th-century historical building. However, entering the room was a complete disappointment. It felt like paying 3518.28 RMB for a basement room – dark, damp, and musty. The bed was old and creaky, making a sound every time I turned over. The mattress was also old, the spring type, and the springs inside were creaking. To make matters worse, the elevator outside was even older. I was woken up at least three times during the night by the noise of the elevator – the dragging of the steel cables sounded like construction work, and the room wasn't soundproofed at all.

The hotel is quite beautiful (I came here for the ambiance), and the location is good; many places are within walking distance, and taxis are readily available. It's a 10-minute drive from the high-speed rail station. Overall, it's a good hotel, but the price-performance ratio is average. There was a misunderstanding (I called the staff the night before to ask if the nuts in the room were chargeable, and they said they were free after a long inquiry). Later, when I asked again at the front desk after checking out, they said they were chargeable…

The front desk of the hotel is divided into separate people. The ones I met in the morning were very polite and enthusiastic, but the ones I met in the afternoon were obviously much worse. The hotel room is very small even if the larger room with 1.8m bed is booked. You can just visit the monastery and have a meal. I feel that the 3200 yuan for a night is not worth it.

The room is relatively large among Paris hotels, and it is more than enough to open two 30-inch suitcases. After checking in, we were introduced to the hotel and the facilities in the room, including how to use the switches, were explained to us very professionally.

The hotel rooms are very unique and the breakfast is of good quality. The service attitude is very good, the staff are very enthusiastic, the building is unique, the lobby is exquisitely and elegantly decorated, and the environment is comfortable.

The room is okay. The location of the hotel is easy to find. The breakfast is not delicious.

Highly recommended! The hotel is in a great location, and the food is great, with chef recommendations and reasonable prices. It tastes better than eating out. The environment is very classic and the bar is cool
