Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang

I had a pleasant stay at Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang and overall, the experience was very good. Check-in was fast and smooth. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, I did have a slightly unpleasant experience with one of the male reception staff. He appeared rather serious and unapproachable. I smiled at him, but unfortunately, he did not smile back. Hopefully, the hotel can continue to improve the warmth and hospitality of all front desk staff. The swimming pool is one of the highlights of the hotel. It is beautiful, well-maintained and definitely a great place to relax. The lifts are also very fast, which is a big plus, especially during busy periods. I did not have to wait long for the lift. Another lovely touch was receiving a surprise cake from the hotel. The cake was delicious, and I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. It made my stay feel even more special. ❤️ For parking, the rate is RM18 per night. The hotel uses an automated multi-storey parking system, which is convenient and interesting to use. Overall A very nice hotel with a great pool, fast lifts, convenient automated parking and thoughtful service. Apart from the slightly unfriendly encounter with one reception staff member, everything else was enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again.

It would be particularly suitable for business travelers, or anyone looking for a comfortable city stay with excellent skyline views. The rooftop view is arguably the highlight—it elevates the experience beyond what you’d expect from an otherwise understated, business-oriented accommodation. It's only 5-min walking distance to TRX, with a dedicated pathway. Definitely a great location!

The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the overall environment was professional and relaxing. The staff were friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist. The hotel’s strategic location, along with its quality facilities and smooth service, made my business trip both convenient and enjoyable. I had a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate to return on my next business trip. Highly recommended for anyone travelling for work.

We had a great stay at Capri by Fraser. The staff were approachable and friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

There is no connecting room, but given adjacent rooms. Room is clean. The fridge is not cold. AXN tv channel is lagging, not able to watch,. there are many varieties for breakfast. egg station, hot noodles station, comprehensive salad counter, hot food like dimsum, nasi lemak, chicken rendang, rice porridge with many condiments, croissants and bread. nyonya kueh, cereals. indian food like roti and curry. many local fruits like rambutan, salak, guava, longan, etc.
