Darban Resort

Usually, I don’t post reviews, but my recent stay at Darban Resort, Diveagar made me want to share my experience. I was looking for a decent and affordable place to stay, as many options were either booked or expensive. While checking Google reviews, I came across Darban Resort and contacted them directly. Though I was initially a bit doubtful, all my doubts disappeared as soon as we arrived. The first impression was excellent. The staff welcomed us warmly and helped with our luggage. The room was spacious, neat, and clean, with a well-maintained washroom and continuous hot and cold water. The food at the restaurant was delicious and hygienic. After returning from the beach, my kids really enjoyed spending time in the swimming pool. The ambience of the resort, both during the day and evening, was very pleasant. Most importantly, the staff—from reception to housekeeping and restaurant—were extremely polite and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and whenever I visit Diveagar again, Darban Resort will be my first choice.

Everything is excellent. But food seems quite costly. Value for money. Full off enjoyment.

had a generally nice experience. The room was comfortable, the food was delicious, and the hospitality was warm and welcoming. However, we did encounter some issues with black ants in our room late at night, but the staff promptly addressed the issue by providing us with another room. To take the experience to the next level, I would suggest improving the swimming pool filtration system to ensure better water quality. Additionally, offering more cable channels or upgrading the TV services would be a great addition. Overall, despite some minor issues, we appreciated the resort's efforts to resolve our problems. With a bit of fine-tuning, Darban Resort could become an even more enjoyable destination."

This is one of the best resort in Diveagar. Different types of rooms available as per members/family count. Rooms are specious and clean. All staffs are polite and gives quick service on your request. Rooms include all necessary toiletries, drining water bottles, coffee,tea pouch,etc. Inhouse restaurant where you will get delicious food. Swimming pool is also clean, garden space where you can enjoy dinner with family. My family members enjoyed a lot. I would strongly recommend this resort in Diveagar. My family of 9 (6 adults, 2 seniors and 1 child) stayed at Darban Resort in 2 rooms and 1 suite for 4 days/3 nights, and overall, it was a delightful experience. Right from telephonic booking to rooms selection and check- in was made smooth by manager Mr. Ajay. The resort is cosy and very well maintained. It's surrounded by lush greenery (coconut and beetle nut trees) that creates a peaceful, nature-filled environment. The rooms were clean, spacious with attached gallery, and comfortably maintained. The property also has 3 suites with big bedrooms and hall. The resort's inhouse restaurant served scrumptious, delicious food (heartiest appreciation of cook Mr. Amir Khan) we enjoyed hearty meals every day. Breakfast is included in the package. The service staff (Proshant, Rupesh and Vilas) were polite and attentive, always ready to help whether it was with food service or room cleaning. The swimming pool (5ft), including a baby pool, was a good feature, though it could use a bit more cleaning. Parking space is ample and convenient. A surprise summer downpour added relief from summer heat and extra charm to our stay. The resort’s close proximity (2 minutes walking distance) to the Diveagar beach made it all the more relaxing. It’s a great spot for a short, rejuvenating family vacation. White sandy Aravi beach and Shrivardhan beach are well connected by beautiful coastal roads (insta worthy). Overall me and my family enjoyed our relaxing getaway at Darban Resort and would love to revisit this location with other tourist attractions close by. Thank you.
