Annabell Gardens

A nice warm welcome. In the lobby, they have slushy and ice ice cream available cappuccino and coffee. For pets they have doggy treats. Everything was cleaned. Only concern I had was to get the television to work. I did go to the front office and informed them of this. This is a common concern other than this. 5 stars!!!

Staff were so friendly and helpful, great breakfast offered, and the amenities were great. Felt more like an apartment than a hotel room!

First time staying at Annabell Gardens but it won't be our last. We enjoyed our room, the breakfast, the ice cream and slushies, the pool, the grill -- we took advantage of it all. My 22-month-old may have attempted to give me a few heartattacks by peering over the loft while standing on the bed, so I may need to bring a baby gate to block the stairs if we come again anytime soon.

Will definitely stay again! Loved the rooms, the free breakfast, ice cream, slushy etc. Everyone was extra friendly and welcoming

We have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. Very clean property, quiet, neighbor had a crying baby, couldn't hear inside our unit. Breakfast was top notch.I will never stay anywhere else when visiting Lincoln.

Have stayed there many times. Staff are always friendly and checking to see if they can get anything for us. Facility has always been clean. Great place to stay.

This stay was awesome. I thought I booked the room with the upstairs, but who cares. To have a washer/dryer on your stay is a plus. The shower reminded us of our at back home. Breakfast was amazing and the internet .... my goodness it was fast. Near shops and gas stations. Not too far from the I80. Would book again if passing through again.

Great place for families, clean rooms and very helpful staff, the hot breakfast was a plus

I came into breakfast area a long time after posted breakfast hours were over and was still able to find a little something for breakfast.
