Overall, I had an okay stay. The location is definitely the biggest advantage. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, Union Station is next door, and the State Capitol and the park are directly across the street. The view from the room was nice, and it was very convenient for getting around the city. However, the hotel itself feels quite old. The key card barely worked, and it took several attempts every time to open the room door, which was frustrating and time-consuming. My room faced the main road, so it was quite noisy because of the traffic. The soundproofing was also poor—I could clearly hear people walking around in the room above me. In addition, the hot water never got very hot. I’m not sure if there was an issue with the faucet or the water heater, but the shower was only lukewarm. Overall, the location is excellent, but the facilities and room conditions could definitely use some improvement.

Price hotel too expensive for what they are offering. Maintenance of the room to a minimal. The tub and sink was not draining

Great location across from the Capitol Building. However, room itself was just alright. The bedding was lacking, especially the very thin comforter. The cleanliness inside the building was also just ok. The parking garage should be renovated.

Well positioned near transport routes but hotel was very average

Basically, it's utterly useless. The hotel's advertised highlight is its view of the Capitol Building and Bushnell Park, but the road in front is busy with traffic, and the window offers neither soundproofing nor shade, making the hotel feel like it's always open-air. Housekeeping requires a day's advance booking, and when I returned at 3 PM, it still hadn't been done. We had to wait for them to slowly come and finish. The hot water tank first overflowed with dirty water, and the next day there was no hot water at all! Even on a hot day, showering was an experience of almost freezing cold water. Furthermore, the shower curtain smelled terrible, and we couldn't open the window. This was truly the worst experience imaginable. Don't come here!
