The hotel has a good atmosphere and a prime location right in the city center, making it convenient to get to all the attractions. The front desk staff, Neve, Emma, and Felix, provided excellent service. There's also a laundry room on the second basement floor, which is very handy. The location is great, really close to Taikoo Li. If I visit Chengdu again, I'd definitely want to stay at this hotel.

I genuinely had a comfortable stay. Even though the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained. A pleasant surprise was finding a free self-service laundry room. During my stay, there was a small issue, but the staff member, Leila, was very helpful in resolving it. She pays great attention to detail and is incredibly warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, just one subway stop away. The front desk staff and other service personnel were all very friendly. However, the room was a bit small. Although the hotel is non-smoking, I could smell someone smoking in the adjacent room on the same floor. The staff should have reminded them. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service.

I frequently stay at this hotel for business trips, and it's consistently excellent in all aspects. The overall experience is fantastic. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the self-service laundry on the second basement floor is incredibly convenient. The hotel is exactly as advertised, which is really reliable and trustworthy. The lighting and ventilation are excellent. There are also plenty of facilities, including a free self-service laundry room on the second basement floor. Getting around is super convenient right outside the entrance. The staff member, Xiao Jiang, was very efficient and even helped us get a room upgrade. The little gift we received at checkout was also adorable. Overall, my stay was a perfect 10/10!

I stayed at this hotel more than ten years ago when I visited Chengdu, and after all this time, it still deserves a five-star rating. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; the subway entrance is right outside. If you're driving, there's also parking available. It's within walking distance of Taikoo Li and the Dongmen Bridge night cruise on Jinjiang River, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Although the hotel rooms are a bit dated, it doesn't detract from the overall experience. The service is excellent, especially when traveling with children, as the hotel staff are very responsive.
