I arrived at the hotel at around 6:30 PM on October 28th, and the front desk staff, Xiao Jiang, left a deep impression on me. Noticing how tired I was from my journey, she checked me in efficiently and proactively upgraded me to a quiet room. Learning that I was heading to Dujiangyan the next day, she enthusiastically explained the most convenient ways to get there and even taught me how to book tickets, which made my trip smooth and delightful. Without hesitation, I decided to extend my stay for another four days. During this time, when I booked online and wasn't sure when the platform would confirm the order, Xiao Jiang assured me that she would follow up and keep me updated, allowing me to enjoy my trip with complete peace of mind. It was such a warm and comforting experience. A bellhop (I unfortunately didn't catch his name) also proactively helped with my luggage and was extremely attentive. Thank you to the hotel for training such wonderful staff; it is because of their sincere and exceptional service that my stay was so much more memorable. Additionally, the hotel breakfast was rich with fresh ingredients and tasted great. The location is extremely convenient, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Chengdu.

The hotel is right next to the subway station, which is very convenient. The buffet is quite good too, with a decent variety for breakfast. However, the shower curtain in the bathroom can only be pulled from the outside—that's just poor design. The Xiaodu smart assistant wasn't set up properly at all and couldn't control any of the room's smart devices. I asked it to play a Jay Chou song, and it played some random knock-off instead. If you don't have the copyright, don't just fob guests off like that 😂

An established, long-standing hotel with consistent quality and a great location. Everything was quite good, especially Manager Teng at the front desk, who provided exceptional service. Of course, there are still areas that need improvement, such as attention to detail in housekeeping—they swapped the shampoo and shower gel (as shown in the photo), which resulted in me showering with shampoo twice and only realizing it right before checking out...

A delightful hidden gem! The hotel is in a very convenient location with easy access to Metro Line 2 right at the doorstep. The front desk responds promptly, and our butler, Leila, provided exceptionally attentive service, helping to resolve any issues in a timely manner. The hotel is well-equipped with comprehensive amenities, and the stay was very comfortable. Highly recommend! 👍

The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful. The staff communicated patiently and politely, and were quick to respond. They handled any issues effectively and professionally, always with enthusiasm. My entire experience was great, and I'm very grateful for the dedicated service from the front desk staff.

The room was decent, quiet despite being in a bustling area. The service was warm and welcoming, and Xiao Yun at the front desk was particularly professional – she deserves praise. The laundry room was also very convenient to use. The location couldn't be better; it's right by the subway station, making it easy to get around. Shopping is just a short walk away. During rush hour traffic, using public transport is definitely the way to go. Getting to a teahouse is just three stops away if you're in a hurry.

The atmosphere at the hotel in Chengdu during the National Day holiday this year was fantastic, and the parent-child activities were perfect for kids. The butler service was attentive and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable, and getting around was convenient. The whole family was very satisfied, and I've already recommended it to friends.

Highly recommended! Leila at the front desk was warm, attentive, and efficient. She even gave us a souvenir upon checkout. The hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby. The Line 2 subway exit is right outside the hotel, making transportation very convenient and no need to take a detour. Great value for money.

Great value for money. It's right next to the Dongmen Bridge metro station—just one stop away from Chunxi Road, and only about 20 minutes to Chengdu East Railway Station. Getting to other attractions is also very convenient. You can store your luggage overnight, which is super handy if you're taking a short trip to western Sichuan or nearby cities.
