The facilities are well-maintained, and the hygiene is spotless. The service is meticulous and the staff are friendly. There's also a complimentary welcome drink at the lobby bar.

The location is excellent; you can walk to Hejiang Pavilion and Taikoo Li. The area is lively, yet the hotel itself is very quiet. The executive lounge was closed, but all benefits were moved to the all-day dining on the first floor. Both afternoon tea and happy hour were decent. The minibar and complimentary laundry service were a nice touch. Service was prompt and the staff were friendly. However, shortly after I booked, the pool was suddenly announced to be closed. When I spoke to the front desk, they said they didn't have the authority to upgrade me to a suite. Upon check-out, they mistakenly charged for the complimentary laundry service. I only realized it after leaving and had to go back to remind them to refund the extra deposit, which was a bit annoying.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation. The entrance to Metro Line 2 is right downstairs, and it's just a few minutes' bike ride to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, with Jiuyan Bridge about ten minutes away. The front desk and room service staff are warm and attentive.

Brought my mom to Chengdu for a trip. The hotel is very close to the subway station, just one stop away from Chunxi Road. The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was quite rich, with freshly made noodles and wontons. I would consider booking this hotel again next time.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our butler, Leila, was especially warm and attentive. Check-out was quick, and we even received a complimentary souvenir. Any questions we had were handled well by the front desk, making for a fantastic service experience. We felt very at ease during our stay.

This was my second stay, and it's an excellent choice. The location is super convenient, with a subway station right downstairs, and it's just a 10-15 minute walk to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the service was great. Since it's summer and you need to change clothes multiple times a day, having self-service laundry and drying facilities was incredibly convenient!

Facilities: The bathroom curtain design is bizarre; the curtain is in the bedroom, not the bathroom. It's designed to be a 'scenic' bathroom, which would be awkward if you're staying with friends or family. Hygiene: The teacups had short hairs, and the inside of the glass cups had light-colored stains. Environment: The welcome fruit is only available when the restaurant is open, meaning no welcome fruit during restaurant closing hours. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for tourists. If location is your top priority, you might consider it, but it's very poor value for money. Service: Both guest services and the front desk were inflexible and lacked empathy. As an IHG elite member, my direct experience was low-scoring service.

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the Chunxi Road subway station exit, about 30 meters away. It's also a quick 5-minute bike ride to Taikoo Li. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of Chengdu specialties. The front desk staff were very attentive, and the lobby bar was welcoming with complimentary drinks. The room was very clean and well-designed. I'll definitely be back soon!
