Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza

Hotel was very unstaffed in most depts and service areas. The staff , to their credit, tried their best but are clearly overwhelmed. Poor management by Hilton. What a shame.

Convenient location. Good service. But the infrastructure in the room and pool is a bit rundown and feels more like a 3 star hotel

Perfect location, nice breakfast, and kind reception people.

The property is older, but clean. I gave 3 stars for these reasons: room is noisy- You can hear people in hallways and doors slamming, etc. also there was a loud sound of rushing water from pipes the entire night. The room was very dark.

We were denied our reservation even though the room had already been paid for. They said the AC had gone out on that floor and they didn’t have another wheelchair accessible room available. Then they refused to issue a refund claiming that I cancelled the reservation. And then they sent me an email asking how I enjoyed my stay!

Staff was very warm and exceptionally professional. The rooms were very nicely appointed and clean, very clean.

The staff was wonderful the noise coming from the air conditioning caused this to cut our night short by one night the hotel was booked full so we could not exchange our room for a different room however the staff made every effort to accommodate and repair the noise coming from the air conditioning to no success
