We had a really great stay! The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly, helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Zhou Yixuan from the concierge for helping us arrange the courier delivery – everything was handled smoothly and it was a great help to us. We’ve stayed at different hotels in Beijing before, but this has definitely been our favorite experience so far. From the service and attitude to the overall stay, everything was comfortable and pleasant. Would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Beijing. Highly recommended!

I came to Beijing this week to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, and we stayed at the Conrad Hotel. The location and transportation were very convenient, and the experience was great! A big thank you to the butler team (Yoyo, Leona, Nannan, Chloe) for their enthusiastic help. When they heard it was her birthday, they proactively offered to help decorate and sent a small cake! They really went above and beyond to make us feel special!

Excellent experience, exceeding expectations! Our guest butler, Nannan, thoughtfully asked about our travel plans and if we needed a late check-out. Front desk staff Jennie and Summer were professional and efficient during check-out. Every detail showed care, making our overall stay warm and comfortable.
