Aya Niseko

I absolutely love this hotel! They even provide complimentary cable car tickets. The hotel also offers free parking, but you need to be careful when coming and going at night as it's very dark. After 11 PM, you'll need to use your key card to enter and exit. If you're checking in late, make sure to notify the hotel in advance. The nearby convenience store closes at 1 AM, so if you need to buy food, you'll have to drive 13 minutes to another 7-Eleven. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Extremely clean with a great view – it was perfect! The two sinks in the bathroom, the spacious kitchen, and the comfortable individual beds were all fantastic. The well-equipped gym was also a huge plus.

I've stayed here four times now, and it's because the experience is so good that I choose to stay here every time I visit Niseko. However, there are so many new hotels in the area that are also very appealing.

This was the best part of my trip to Japan! Especially the staff member who spoke Korean so well and was incredibly dedicated, making my entire 4-night, 5-day stay at Aya Niseko completely comfortable. The location, cleanliness, service, facilities, parking, and of course, Niseko's activities, along with the restaurants and cafes right around, were all excellent. Oh! The massage shop inside the hotel and the hot spring that operates until midnight are also superb, so I highly recommend this hotel if you go to Niseko! ^^

The room was spacious and clean. They only came to change the towels and empty the trash every day.

This is a very convenient ski-in/ski-out hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family. There was also plenty of storage in the closets. What we were especially satisfied with was the service, particularly from a Chinese-speaking male staff member at the front desk. He was very patient in answering our questions and providing assistance, giving us a wonderful first experience in Niseko. Grateful for the encounter!
