This hotel has a great location. Right outside are many eateries. Walking distance to attractions too. Room is comfy. Has self service free laundry.

We had a lovely two night stay at Novotel Xi’an The Bell Tower. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Xi’an, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing, exploring the city and visiting nearby attractions, restaurants and shopping areas. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making our visit even more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a great choice for anyone visiting Xi’an. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Hotel location is good. Breakfast is okay. The only problem is we need to walk a short distance to the hotel entrance as car cannot drive in. There is no one at the ground floor to help us on the luggage.

They are opened to check in at 3am (emailed hotel beforehand). Breakfast bought at hotel at 200+rmb on site. Breakfast quality is good enough but there is no crowd control for the queue, so you have to find your own table. Hotel receptionist Stella Hang is friendly.

Awesome accommodation. Right next to Xi'an Bell Tower and Muslim quarter. You can get here fast from and to Xi'anbei train station station. The service was impeccable and all the staff was very thoughtful and attentive. I definitely recommend staying here. It is worth the money.
