1. Swimming pool/s were temporarily suspended without notifying the guest while booking 2. Power control panel for hallways and bathroom/shower were broken so our family had to sleep with the bright lights on, unpleasantly !!! 3. The engineers tried to switch off the power supply master switch on and off for the lights control but it didn’t work, the floor heating we required to turned off was back on again over night , the room was overheated 4. Front desk staff were not multi-lingual as described while booking (English, Chinese, Japanese), only Korean speaking staff which made it impossible to communicate

It’s not that bad but just it’s nothing special. I stayed there the first night and knew it was not that great but I stayed there again another night because I’m visiting a friend that lives near this hotel. There are no good hotels in this area, so if you need to stay in the countryside of Korea for some reason maybe this hotel is the best choice. Also the room is warm so that’s good. But there is nothing in the hotel. No cafe, no restaurant, no swimming pool or spa. Just a room and a bathtub.

If has nothing. No pool, no gym, no spa. The resturant and cafe are closed. It’s a **** hotel.

Clean facilities and a large private bath were perfect for relaxing in the hot springs. It was a pleasant trip with many restaurants nearby.

Overall clean but old? The same thing was visible in the bathroom and there was some dust accumulated in the room. However, the hot spring water was good and the room was warm enough to make me want to come again next time. It was so nice :) There were a variety of amenities provided, breakfast was provided on weekdays, and there were places to take a walk nearby, so it was a shame that it was a one-night stay. Recommended for those visiting Deoksan Hot Springs.

I chose this accommodation because it was close to Splaas Resom, and it had good facilities and was nice to be able to take a walk in front. However, you have to walk about 10 minutes to the convenience store, but the road is a bit dark at night.

The facilities are too good for the price. Even with the lights on in the room, it's too much. It’s dark and I like to travel, so I go there two to three or four times a month. It seems the same as a regular motel...., slippers too... I'll stop, it just makes me feel worse.
