Amazing! I have never been treated more like an honored family member in my life! The staff is the best in the world. No way to describe it. It must be experienced!!!

We had such a lovely stay! The moment we walked in we felt very taken care of - down to restaurant bookings and magically just arranging transport for activities we had already booked - the hotel sorted it all out! The room was huge, comfortable, stylish, and the private jacuzzi was such a bonus. The welcome bottle of wine and nibbles was incredible after a day of travel. Lovely breakfast, the most amazing view from our room and the pool. And the gorgeous flowers and candles in our room on the last day was such a sweet surprise! The loction in Oia was perfect - right in the middle of things off of the bustling main footpath (you are walking distance from all of the restaurants and shops) , but once you go into the hotel gate, you feel like you're in a serene oasis. Honestly, it was such a nice, romantic getaway - we'll be back and we were gutted to leave!

We just left the beautiful Andronis Boutique Hotel in Santorini. It was absolutely magnificent! We had the view of the Caldera in an amazing Suite with hot tub. The service from each and everyone we came in contact with at the hotel was amazing. The one person that was outstanding was Despina. She treated us like gold from the moment we arrived until we walked out the door! I highly recommend this hotel!

Andronis is the type of resort that you see in movies or brochures! The views are stunning and truly amongst the best I’ve ever seen in the world! The staff is patient, and genuinely excited that you’re there and helpful whenever you need them. The rooms are very unique, comfortable, and beautifully appointed.

I’ve been very fortunate in life to stay in wonderful hotels around the world. The Andronis is in my top 3 I’ve ever been to with wonderful rooms, views and exceptional staff and I mean, exceptional. Nothing was any trouble and name recognition was a rare but lovely reminder that the staff care very much. I hardly ever go anywhere twice but I’ll make an exception here I think. Wonderful. Oh and the breakfast is sensationally good.

A Beautiful property with spacious rooms, great pool area, amazing Caldera views, wonderful breakfast buffet and exemplary service. We enjoyed our private, heated pool and also sitting by the hotel’s pools. The staff was very attentive, and the concierge was very helpful and pleasant. The front desk people, and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the hotel. We were able to park our rental car a short distance from the hotel, and the staff guided us to the parking places. This was a great time of year to visit Oia! Not too hot or crowded. Highly recommend!

We started off on the wrong foot regarding a mix up on our room. However they more than made up for the miscommunication. They took full responsibility and significantly upgraded our experience and stay. We really felt like everyone at the hotel knew our names. The concierge desk is amazing and will schedule any activities you need. At one point we did a hike from Fira to Oia and the staff made sure we had their phone number in case we decided to get picked up half way. On another day they arranged for their driver to take us around the island - this ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Their driver is incredibly nice and extremely knowledgeable . He took us to places we didn’t read about in guide books. The Andronis brand in itself goes above and beyond to take care of their guests - on another night we had a reservation for one of their restaurants which we had prepaid a deposit for. Unfortunately it was raining so they offered to change our reservation or refund our money. We opted for the refund and even after that they recommended a new restaurant called Roka and called to get us a reservation. This is what 5 star service truly looks like. The hotel itself has everything you could need. Amazing views, a stunning pool area, excellent breakfast and a very attentive staff. We will recommend this hotel and the Andronis brand to our friends.
