All-inclusive hotel. Adults only. Dinner restaurant needs to be booked in advance. Take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Uber MX$659.91. The journey is half an hour. It’s easy to call a taxi. Picture 9 is the bus stop sign coming out of the airport. It would be better if you give a tip.

Beautiful property. At this price point, however, I expected top notch service and the resort seemed to be short staffed at times. I waited 1.5 hours before receiving help with a matter in my room. The resort also has strict booking policies for tours and their spa services. Overall still a luxury experience.

Everything about this resort is exceptional, but the staff truly makes the experience. • Christian provided an amazing, top-tier barbershop service. • Cesar at Lumere restaurant offered flawless, attentive service. • Daniel led a killer Murph morning workout that was the perfect start to the day. An unforgettable stay with a world-class team!

The food on this property is absolutely amazing!! The rooms are also clean and the service is top-notch. However, the one large downside is how much this hotel is constantly trying to sell you and the constant sales pitches. After our flight that was delayed 3 hours, the hotel staff wasted another hour trying to persuade us to joining a time-share meeting for the property. Highly recommend this hotel staff take it down a notch as it really turns customers off.

This place is spectacular. I have never been to an all inclusive place where they continuosly provide service to bring you drinks and have such high quality food. The staff is beyond nice. This is a must visit place.

Everything was wonderful all the way to the two butlers that took care of us.Yair and Brandon were so amazing on the 12th floor The restaurants were all really incredible also and the service was off the charts! Pools reheated, and the servers out there were so attentive to all our Wants! This is where I’m going to stay from now on, LeBlanc

Everything was perfect! My wife who is vegan had emailed one of the managers (Victor) who ensured that the staff could cater to her meal requirements. While on property the chef Alexander came by everyday to make sure she liked the food! Also special mention to Alma & Salvador our room butlers who took extra special care of us! #1 all inclusive in Cabo! Found our home in Cabo!!
