Awesome place to visit. The best thing about the stay was the water villa with jacuzzi and instant access to amazing snorkeling. Rajan our house attendant was a particular highlight, he always had a big smile on his face and went above and beyond to make our stay special and really succeeded, if you read this Rajan, thank you very much for your excellent hospitality, you made our stay very enjoyable! Only feedback I would give is to reduce the number of notifications sent by the app, it was a bit excessive. Also, due to the sky high prices of even simple activities, we opted to gave all of them a pass. A night snorkeling excursion asking for something like USD90 and then also charging USD15 for torch rental feels a little silly. You cannot go night snorkeling without a torch. Otherwise, we were really happy with the stay.

This hotel has a beautiful beach area. It’s clean and it has a a big selection of restaurant the food variety satisfy everyone the Room kind of old and I would say the entertainment part at night was not much

What made this hotel special is their customer service particularly their manager Mr Yuva who is a brilliant helpful and a problem solver Mr Yuva treat you like you are the only customer in the hotel listen to you and does what a good manger do - solve your problem and makes you happy Mr Yuva is a great asset to Centara hotel and I am sure that his managers are aware of that Thank you Mr Yuva
