Quite possibly, the best bed I've ever slept in in Cambodia. I would stay here again just for the bed! Had dinner in the restaurant which was ok, but the stand out was the comfortable bed. Staff friendly and efficient. Hotel located a little out of the city centre which is fine if you have transport. Good view of the lake in the city. Decent size car park. I didn’t see any other guests. I would stay here about.

My current favourite place of stay during our trip across Cambodia. Very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and prices are affordable! The rooms have safes, minibars and air con. There is also a swimming pool in the front. Anytime again when I visit Ratanakiri.

But what did we come here for?? It was supposed to be a pleasant place with a beautiful lake, but instead we found ourselves in front of little more than a puddle. A hotel neither good nor bad.

The hotel is a little impersonal, but very clean, facing the lake so nice view, a little far from the center for dining outside. Rooms nothing negative to say, large with balcony. The breakfast place is superb on the terrace, the staff tries to do their best successfully, there is always someone speaking English, Happy atmosphere. Everything is very correct, even bricked for the hotel.
