We didn't encounter any other guests and were able to relax in peace and quiet. The room was thoroughly cleaned and felt very tidy. The stone tray where the bathroom amenities were placed was great as it allowed everyone to keep their belongings organized. The breakfast was delicious, but I wish it was a little more substantial. Overall, I was very satisfied. Thank you for your hospitality.

The kaiseki meals u still dream of! It was amazing. The place was impeccably clean, and everyone that worked there were incredibly sweet! Worth every penny to eat such beautiful food and relax with my love.

半自助式的旅遊體驗 別莊佳景的溫泉池及池畔風景非常優. 有室內池和室外池，非常適合家族或好友同行. 我覺得不優的是服務人員省著用和語言溝通上的不易. 當日接車的外籍小姐兼職司機、入住協助、第二天接車安排，最後希望我們再寫email確認. 第二天早餐的送餐阿姨除了送餐外、又要比手畫腳確定接車安排（雖然已經再度發送email)…感覺上飯店沒有比較正式的服務中心，感覺人力精簡到有點誇張.
