Grande Centre Point Pattaya

I've been to Pattaya dozens of times, and for the past few years, I've consistently stayed at this hotel. I stayed for a week each in January and July last year, and again for a week this time. I booked a room without breakfast, but at check-in, I was upgraded to a higher floor for around 850 baht a day, not including breakfast. The hotel service is excellent; the bellhops always greet you and offer assistance, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. The hotel is connected to Terminal 21, so you can walk directly into the mall from the lobby. The room size is decent, and it has a balcony with a sea view. The sea views from the Hilton here are even more stunning. There's an outdoor observation deck on the 32nd floor offering a more panoramic view, and you can even see the Sanctuary of Truth. The housekeeping staff are also wonderful; they keep everything spotless. I give them 40 baht in tips every day, as they really work the hardest. The drinks and water in the mini-fridge are replenished daily for free, and the pool is also great. Check-in is generally in the afternoon, so if you arrive early, you might need to store your luggage before returning to check in. The hotel's location is superb. Pattaya is a small city, and this hotel is very close to the beach. Tiffany's Show is right downstairs, and there's a Big C supermarket to the left when you exit. The night market is also downstairs and sometimes moves to the first floor of the mall. Every morning, there are various free classes available for an hour. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel.

The hotel environment is fantastic. It's super convenient as Terminal 21 is right downstairs. The in-room dining food was also delicious. We booked an aero boxing class for the next day at the front desk, and to our surprise, it was just my friend and I. But the coach was still very enthusiastic and dedicated. What's the difference between a 30-minute 1-on-2 private lesson and a gift from heaven?! The pool offers views of Pattaya Beach, and there was hardly anyone there when we went for a swim in the morning. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. The only minor drawback might be that it's a little far from the beach, but it's pretty easy to get there by taxi. Finally, a huge credit to our Thai coach, 'Dui' – he was genuinely great! Highly recommend!

As a Chinese national, I can personally vouch for this being the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed at in Pattaya! The location is fantastic, right above Terminal 21 shopping mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Yet, it's surprisingly quiet with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a wonderful night's rest. The leisure facilities are extensive. There's a huge swimming area, perfect for photos and a refreshing dip. They also have an elevated walkway with stunning views. Plus, you can play billiards and hit the gym, so there's something for everyone, kids and adults alike. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich and delicious; I thoroughly enjoyed it every morning. My only minor regret is that the room size is a bit small, but overall, it didn't detract from the experience at all. With its excellent location, facilities, quiet atmosphere, and dining options, this hotel offers great value for money. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Pattaya!

The room was really spacious and beautiful! You definitely get what you pay for. It's located right below Terminal 21 Shopping Center. The hotel itself is huge, and I especially loved this room type with its starry ceiling. Breakfast was excellent, full marks!

This is my second time staying at this hotel in Pattaya, and it was still a great experience. Especially traveling with elderly parents and children, the hotel offers excellent service, a fantastic breakfast, and a pool that the kids loved. You can access Terminal 21 Mall directly from the first floor, and the Let's Relax massage there is definitely worth trying. Right downstairs is the Airport Night Market, and the Sanctuary of Truth is less than a ten-minute taxi ride away. Just across the street is the ** show, haha, it's really, really good! And even during the Chinese New Year, the price wasn't inflated, still just a little over a thousand a night. I booked a connecting room, which was very convenient for my parents and kids. The breakfast was also exceptionally rich and varied. Highly recommend!

This hotel is located diagonally across from Pattaya's Tiffany's Show, and you can access Terminal 21 directly from inside the hotel. It's worth mentioning that there's also an authentic Chongqing hotpot restaurant, Ciqikou, right next door. The hotel's service is excellent; besides being able to store your luggage after checking out, if you're sweaty when you return to pick it up, you can take a complimentary shower on the F floor. Breakfast is quite substantial. The hotel's swimming pool and restaurant are on the first floor. The water quality is excellent, and the view is also very good.
