Our favorite hotel in Pattaya. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. We come here as if we were at home. Good breakfasts, a great relaxation area for both children and privacy.

The biggest pros: Bottled water is provided, and it tastes different from the glass bottled kind. There's also a smart toilet that washes you. The snacks and drinks from the mini bar were delicious. The balcony overlooks the pool, so you don't have to sit by the pool with the kids the whole time. The hotel is located right above Terminal 21, which is super convenient for shopping and dining! The meal-inclusive option was a bit pricey, so I skipped breakfast. You need a towel card for towels.

Amazing location, my wife was very happy to have a great shopping mall in her backyard 😃 All the staff from the front line reception and luggage crew, cleaning staff, breakfast crew, pool-water park, gym and all other services very welcoming and helpful with great hospitality.Breakfast has lots of variety food for everyone but in my opinion they can do better with improving the food taste. We strongly recommend and will definitely be back in near future.

This hotel has a good view of the beach and a pleasant atmosphere at night. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The location is convenient - Terminal 21 mall is nearby for shopping and dining, and there's a night market within walking distance if you want to explore the local area. Overall, a solid choice for a beachfront stay with easy access to attractions. So far I would recommend it.

Wonderful resort, so many amenities on the property from activities to starbucks/restaurants that you don’t have to leave the property whatsoever. I needed a bikini and I was even able to find one right outside on the beach where the lounge chairs are. I’ll definitely be visiting again anytime I come to Pattaya!
