Paramount Gallery Hotel

Extremely satisfied! They upgraded my room, which was very spacious and had a nice view outside the window. The surrounding area is super convenient for dining and the subway is easily accessible everywhere.

This is our second stay at the Paramount Gallery Hotel Shanghai this year, and this time we brought my parents, both over 90, for a three-day visit. The entire experience was excellent, and I must specifically commend Lily Guo at the front desk. My parents wanted to switch to a twin room, and Lily warmly helped us arrange it, even ensuring the two rooms were next to each other. She thoughtfully brought the room cards directly to our rooms, saving us the trouble of going back and forth. The hotel's breakfast area isn't very large, but the food is exquisite and delicious, and you can see Jing'an Temple from the window while dining. The location is also superb, right next to the subway, making shopping, getting taxis, and dining all very convenient. The overall ambiance of the hotel is comfortable, with a 'old money' style decor and spacious rooms. The service as a whole is meticulous and warm. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Shanghai!

Excellent! The location is great, and the room is very clean! The service is so comfortable, it's comparable to a five-star hotel! They are responsive to every request, and the response speed is very fast. I couldn't make it to breakfast, so I called and they packed it up for me to pick up when I checked out. Overall, I will definitely go back again, it's great value for money.
