The room was new and very clean, and the view from the third-floor balcony was absolutely fantastic! The staff, both the guys and girls, were super attentive and helpful! When checking in, they carefully explained the sightseeing guide for the area and even reminded me that the rooftop was a great spot for photos!

The hotel has a 'cream style' aesthetic, and the balcony view is even better than the observation deck. The service is incredibly attentive; the butler helped with luggage, delivered breakfast, afternoon tea, and even a goodnight sweet soup. Both the room and the guesthouse lobby offer absolutely stunning views, truly impeccable.

This hotel is super convenient, right next to the observation deck, practically at the highest point of the Miao Village. You get amazing panoramic views from your room! The hotel's butler, Kele, provides incredibly thoughtful service. She contacted me a day before check-in to explain all the entry procedures, which was really clear. As soon as we arrived, she met us at the entrance and helped with our luggage – so attentive. Plus, the rice noodles for breakfast are delicious, and they offer sweet potatoes, yams, and boiled eggs, which is perfect for fitness enthusiasts!!

This is by far the best B&B I've ever stayed in. Even before check-in, they reached out to us, upgraded our room, and when we arrived, a staff member helped us with our luggage, which I really appreciated. On the day we left, it was raining, and they even walked us to the exit. The room was great with an amazing view, and breakfast was delicious. It's a shame we were short on time and it rained, so we didn't get to explore the Miao Village, but just seeing it from afar made me feel happy. I'll definitely be back next time!

The butler, Kele, provided excellent service. The hotel itself is lovely, with a great artistic vibe, and they even have cats! The rooftop terrace is also a big plus. Definitely worth choosing.

Before we even checked in, the customer service team reached out to confirm our arrival time and sent us a lot of helpful information. On the day we arrived, our butler was already waiting for us at the ticket gate and helped us with our luggage all the way – we really appreciate it! After checking in, the butler gave us a detailed overview of the scenic routes and activities available at the B&B, showing incredible care, patience, and responsibility 👍. Even after checking out, they helped us take our luggage to the entrance, truly going above and beyond! The B&B's location is also fantastic – no stairs to climb; you get off the sightseeing bus right there. It's perfectly situated by the observation deck with unbeatable views. Our only regret is that our stay was too short this time, and we didn't get to fully experience everything. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel has a rich ethnic charm, with exquisite and clean decor. Hot water is available 24/7. The view is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous scenery both morning and evening. The service is meticulous and thoughtful; they gave us helpful recommendations for food and attractions. We had a comfortable stay and will definitely book again next time we visit! The room and rooftop views are absolutely amazing! Luggage handling, breakfast, and afternoon tea were also top-notch! The batik experience was incredibly meaningful! Manager Bear (Xiao Xiong) was always responsive and fantastic!

Service: The day before check-in, the housekeeper contacted us to provide thoughtful check-in instructions and parking advice. From the moment we arrived at the scenic area's ticket gate, the housekeeper helped us with our luggage all the way to our room, and on our way back, they also helped us carry our bags to the exit. They even upgraded us to a spacious duplex room, thanks to Cola the housekeeper – truly excellent! 👍 Upon arrival, we were given an electronic or paper map of the scenic area, and they explained recommended sightseeing routes and attractions. We also enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea after checking in, perfect for photos. Most importantly, I had originally planned a professional photoshoot, but ended up DIY-ing two outfits from the hotel, which turned out beautifully, saving me hundreds on photography fees! Hygiene and Environment: No need to elaborate, the location is superb, right at the viewing platform. You arrive as soon as you get off the sightseeing bus, which is very convenient. The best part is that you don't even need to leave the guesthouse to enjoy the stunning panoramic views of the Miao Village from your own room's viewing balcony or the hotel lobby's terrace.
