The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower

Dear The STRAT Hotel Management Team, I’m expressing my sincere gratitude for the wonderful one-night stay I recently had at The STRAT Hotel, ****** & Tower during my trip to Las Vegas. I was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my stay and would love to share my positive experience. First of all, I greatly appreciate the warm and professional service provided by your entire staff. From the smooth and efficient check-in process to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, every team member was friendly, patient, and helpful. Their thoughtful service made me feel welcomed and comfortable during my short visit. In addition, the hotel facilities exceeded my expectations. My room was clean, well-maintained, and cozy, with a comfortable layout and nice amenities. The overall environment of the hotel is elegant and tidy, and the iconic tower brings a unique and amazing view of Las Vegas. The quiet and pleasant atmosphere allowed me to have a relaxing rest after a long day of travel. I truly had a fantastic experience at The STRAT Hotel. Your high-quality service, great location, and excellent facilities have left me with wonderful and unforgettable memories of my trip to Las Vegas. Not the Ritz but perfect if you just need to sleep. They bait people with low prices then hit them with daily resort fees. I recommend to bring your own pillows if stains bother you. Also use sandals while showering. Had to change rooms 3 times due to sewage smell coming from the drainage pipes when showering in central tower room 15065, no working ice machine on either side, air conditioning was barely working. When they moved me to C18068 the next day the air conditioning was not able to turn on and the front desk moved me once again. Supposably this is their “newly renovated” building yet the headboards are scuffed up, wallpaper coming apart, and holes in their pillows along with stains. Other than that the staff are good and kind hearted. I can’t blame them for the building falling apart. The resort fees are the real scam. If you check in on a weekday for one day you’d only get like 2 hours to use the pool before they close and that’s assuming that it’s open. Not everyone uses the gym either or the other “amenities” just to keep in mind when booking. As they say, you get what you pay for. If you stay on Tuesday and Wednesday every restaurant is closed at the Strat. Don’t advise anyone to walk around at night, it’s not Mr.Rodger’s neighborhood around here.

high recommended to stay as solo travellers its very inconvenient and accessible to bus and train.

Good place to stay. Little bit away from main *****, but it is in the strip.Have DEUCE Bus run along strip.Overall 4/5

The sink was clogged and the room was a bit older. The location is also a bit far out of the way but still good value for the cost.
