pleasant stay, breakfast was not the biggest spread but good for price

Our room was clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was just enough with plenty of coffee. It was perfect for our 1 night stay, close to everything

It was a great location. It was very cold at nite. Bed was cozy.

The room was clean and the person at the front desk was helpful. When we first arrived to our room there was a strong smell like someone had vomited in the room. We called the front desk and he came up and gave key cards for a different room. The room was clean and the person at the front desk was very helpful.

Old and sup-par for comfort. Room was extremely warm, with little help from the old A/C unit. The A/C unit was very loud and did not work well. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The window was unlocked, not safe for a 1st floor room. The toilet seat was broken and falling off.

A decent property, perfect for a one night stay for a reasonable price considering the Newport location. Staff was very nice and helpful, room was clean, comfortable.
