very nice place. My major gripe is with Trip.com. They said there was breakfast offered, and I paid extra for that. The owner said they haven't had breakfast for a LONG time. So I got ripped off by Trip.com by paying extra for a service that was not even included.

Needed a place to stay last minute. Easily booked through **********. Was able to check in early, staff super nice and helpful. Very clean, comfy bed. My only gripe is they are hard to find - their sign should say to enter from Harrison ave.

Great friendly staff and decent room - could’ve used a couch or more seating surfaces but otherwise ok.

Our room was not cleaned properly, garbage under the bed. We were moved to a different room where the fridge was broken The third room was OK, no garbage under the bed but not swept in years.

I saw some of the negative reviews and was a bit nervous, but everything was great! We did online check in, our room was ready on time, and it was very nice! My only complaint was that the fridge had open items left by a previous guest. Otherwise, we loved the jetted tub and sauna, the bed was comfortable, and everything else was fine. Checked out online as well. I would definitely stay here again! And being pet friendly, maybe next time I'll bring my dog!

There was no sound insulation between rooms and our neighbors weee loud. The man in the room next to us was snoring and it was so loud that it felt like he was in our room. Our room door would only lock with the deadbolt while inside, so we were unable to leave our room unattended. Police presence in our hallway for an unknown reason left us feeling unsettled with an unlocking door. No one staffing the front desk late in the evening. Awful waterproof mattress pad on bed was uncomfortable and hot to sleep on. Do not recommend this hotel.

The amount of guests there were outside their room yelling and talking each night between 1130 and 2 am was not good for a good nights sleep. Second night few people we outside below my room Window Smoking pot which was smelt in my room And speaking very loudly at 2 am. Would Not recommend at all.

Room was pretty clean, was a dark mark on the sheets like a pen had exploded somewhere in the washer/dryer. We came in to the room and the bathroom sink was running and luckily we got in there in time to turn it off and open the drain to prevent a flood. Staff was super friendly and super busy, they deserve nothing but respect for all they do! We always saw them doing something and keeping busy so we appreciated it. Overall would stay again!!!
