Malioboro Prime Hotel

The hotel's service and location were good, but there's room for improvement in the details. The bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels in the room felt old and worn, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. For the price, I expected higher-quality linens. However, the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The selection was varied, the ingredients were fresh, and the food tasted great. It was definitely the highlight of the stay. Overall, if the hotel were to upgrade its room amenities, it would offer much better value for the price.

Good location to anywhere in malioboro.....

Good stay for family trip, a hotel has a mini playground in breakfast area on 2nd floor, location was great near to Tugu Station and malioboro street..

Good location for food and sovienier but hotel need to be more clean have a croackcrach at syiling any way breakfast also need to have top up once the meal is finish during buffet

The location is good, but everything else lacks. They probably made effort to clean the sheets, but still at an unacceptable condition. The towels weren’t dried properly, hence left with bad smell. Big gaps between the door and the frame allowed all noises easily come into the room from the corridor. The shower head needed replacement or cleaning as the shower was going in all wrong directions. The shower door also didn’t stop the water going outside of the cubicle and the floor towel was all wet. @trip.com needs to review their services and make sure they satisfy minimum standards. Otherwise it may damage your reputation as a trusted travel service provider.
