Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit

This was my second stay here. Just like the last time, it was clean and very comfortable. The pool, in particular, is absolutely fantastic. There were several staff members by the poolside, all of whom provided excellent service, always smiling and responding quickly to any requests. I would definitely like to stay here again.

This is a good, stylish city hotel. We got a free room upgrade, which was a nice bonus. The location is convenient, close to both the MRT and BTS. The room is spacious, and the panoramic window with a nice city view is a big plus. The breakfast is good, though for a 5-star hotel, I would have liked more variety in cheeses and fresh juices instead of boxed ones. The coffee was decent. The pool was pleasant; I was the only one there an hour before closing. What was surprising was the empty mini-bar, which felt very odd. Also, when I asked for a late check-out due to a late flight, they only agreed to it for an extra charge (whereas two previous hotels in Thailand offered it for free). I understand this might be hotel policy, but it's clear the hotel wasn't overloaded with guests.

The staff provided excellent service, assisting with everything. They were cheerful, friendly, and always smiling. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. I especially loved the large floor-to-ceiling window. The hotel is very close to the BTS station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. There's plenty of parking, and it's easy to access, not cramped at all. You can also cast Netflix and YouTube to the TV via AirPlay. The air conditioning was super cold, haha!

Excellent location, well-equipped facilities, and a convenient Let's Relax massage right there. Perfect for unwinding with a spa after a tiring day of sightseeing – so relaxing!

Everything was great, but for me, the location was a bit inconvenient. It wasn't too far from the BTS, but still about a 10-minute walk, and there was no 7-Eleven right downstairs, which really took away some of the fun for me. I usually make sure to book hotels within about 200 meters of a BTS station and with a 7-Eleven right outside. However, the hotel's service and facilities were genuinely excellent. The concierge team, especially a few of the guys, were incredibly professional and enthusiastic, which left a great impression on me. The pool was also large and beautiful. It's definitely a hotel I'd want to stay at again. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't have a 7-Eleven obsession.

The room was great and the hotel was nice and cool. Since I arrived in the morning, I asked the front desk if I could check in early, which they allowed. The breakfast was also delicious, haha!

The hotel's service and cleanliness were excellent, and the pool was very clean too. Facilities: Very complete, including a gym, sauna, and Thai massage. Environment: Surrounded by plenty of bars, shopping, and dining options.
