Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit

This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient and ideal for getting around. The room itself was spotless, very tidy, and comfortably spacious – perfect for relaxing. I especially want to commend their breakfast; there was a wide variety of options, and everything tasted delicious. Overall, the hygiene, service, and facilities were impeccable. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

It's pretty good, clean, and well-soundproofed. The room is spacious enough, but breakfast is just okay, nothing special. The front desk service is good. There's a 2000 baht deposit every night. Service is nice overall.

The hotel is conveniently located near the BTS and has a lovely large pool. The rooms are clean, spacious, and modernly furnished. The breakfast is varied and good.

During my stay, I was bitten by fleas in the pool area, resulting in red, swollen, and allergic skin reactions. When I reported it, the hotel denied any responsibility. I'm extremely disappointed that this happened at a five-star hotel; it completely ruined my vacation. I advise other travelers to choose carefully.

The hotel and its facilities are very new and clean. The room is spacious enough to open three large suitcases, and the bathroom is big, equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. The housekeeping staff also clean very thoroughly. Overall, the stay was a great experience. The hotel's pool, sauna room, gym, and other facilities are all clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the hotel rooms isn't great; sometimes you can hear noise from the neighboring rooms. The location is about a 10-minute walk from BTS Asok station, so you'll need an umbrella if it rains. However, there are shopping malls nearby, making dining and shopping convenient.

The hotel's biggest advantage was its location, just a 5-minute walk from Terminal 21 and Asok Station! EmSphere and the Korean Town were also right nearby, making it a great spot for shopping and getting around. 👍 We were assigned a room on the 24th floor, so the view was absolutely amazing!!! The delicious breakfast had a great variety of egg dishes, which I loved. And I was so touched to see kimchi stew available too. The pool, gym, and sauna weren't huge, but they were very clean, so I was satisfied! If I come to Bangkok again, I'd definitely stay here. Everything was great for the price, so I highly recommend it. ❤️

The room design was simple and modern, clean and tidy, with comfortable and soft bedding, and good soundproofing, ensuring a high-quality sleep experience. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, was well-equipped, and had a stable hot water supply. The breakfast offered a rich variety, with a good balance of Chinese and Western options, fresh ingredients, and commendable taste. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel's executive lounge provided attentive service, and the afternoon tea quality was decent. Although some facilities were a bit dated, they were well-maintained and still functional. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would highly recommend it for both business trips and leisure travel.
