One of the best hotels I have stayed at. 😍 The reception was always friendly, amenities amazing, so so easy to walk to so many destinations in Barca. Bus stop right outside, about a minute walk. Train station 2 minute walk away. Very central!!! Loved every minute of this experience.

Great location, very convenient for getting around. It was my birthday during my stay, and they surprised me with a birthday cake and champagne, which was a lovely touch. However, the drainage in the hotel rooms was poor, and one of the rooms had a strong, unpleasant smell.

I had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Hotel. What I liked most was the excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly, cooperative, and always willing to adjust to our needs, which made us feel very comfortable. Stayed at the hotel from August 2nd to 3rd. I do not recommend this hotel. The hotel's renovation is only 3-star quality. The service at the reception was very poor. When I was checking in, they didn't help me get my luggage out of the taxi. The security guard at the entrance spoke rudely to us. When we were leaving, I asked in Spanish for help getting my suitcase to the taxi, but they refused. I am a woman with a 4-year-old child. This is terrible. I had to carry two suitcases to the taxi myself, which came right to the entrance. The refrigerator in the room didn't work; the cheese and ham went bad overnight.

The location is very good, very close to most of the major spots and city centre. However, the room is a bit old and maintainence seems not very well, always having different kinds noise from the toilet or celling.
