Canopy by Hilton Xi'an Qujiang

Extremely disappointing! I have no idea how this place got a 5-star rating. The slippers and bedding were low quality, and the hairdryer was an old model that got hair caught in it. But the absolute worst part was the intense, fishy smell that hit me the moment the elevator doors opened on my floor. It lingered all the way into the room and was truly unbearable! Paying 5-star prices for a hotel that barely meets 4-star standards, let alone 5, is utterly infuriating!!!

Highly recommended! All the staff at the reception were incredibly kind and spoke softly. The room was bright, comfortable, clean, and tidy, with excellent soundproofing. I especially loved the sofa seat in front of the bed, which was great for relaxing without having to sit on the bed. The separated toilet, shower, and sink in the bathroom were also a big plus! The breakfast quality was good.

The hotel is right in the Grand Tang Everbright City, so the location is fantastic. Just make sure to request a room facing Everbright City in advance. That way, you can watch the evening performances right from your room. And don't believe the front desk if they tell you only the rooms on the second floor near the entrance have a good view. The rooms further inside actually have better positions, especially those with large floor-to-ceiling windows for a better view. On a side note, the hotel entrance inexplicably has a stale, moldy smell. They really should air it out more often.

On my trip to Chang'an, Molly at the Joyland Hotel front desk truly made my stay. Check-in was quick and efficient, and she was incredibly kind and welcoming. She proactively offered sightseeing tips and information about the hotel's amenities, patiently answering all my questions with thoughtful, attentive service. The hotel's location is excellent, the decor is stylish and elegant, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Ricki's service was really enthusiastic. The hotel's location is excellent. I choose this place every time I travel for work. The service is proactive; Ricki arranges the room according to my needs in advance. Every time I enter the lobby, someone is always there to offer to help with my luggage. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Extremely satisfied with my stay. It's in a bustling area yet surprisingly quiet. The hotel environment is lovely, and the breakfast is exquisite. Ms. Cheery's service was exceptional and very kind.

Overall, it met expectations, and the hotel's decor style actually exceeded them! The breakfast isn't quite 5-star hotel standard; it's more Chinese-oriented, but the noodle bar was good. The location is excellent, right in Datang Everbright City and very close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The subway, however, is a bit inconvenient.

I stayed in the loft room for 5 consecutive days this time, and overall, my experience was fantastic. I especially want to commend Molly at the front desk. She contacted me in advance before check-in to help arrange my room, and she was polite, generous, and always available to answer any questions. The weather in Xi'an these past few days was also great, making it convenient to get around and take some wonderful photos. My child had a lot of fun, and it was a truly satisfying trip. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

The hotel's location is excellent, making travel easy and convenient. It's very close to nearby attractions, saving a lot of time and hassle during our trip. Moon provided professional and thoughtful service; she was warm and polite, and all our requests and instructions were handled promptly and properly. Her efficiency and reliability were impressive. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The value for money is outstanding. It's perfect for both leisure travel and short-term stays, highly recommended!
