The St. Regis Hong Kong

The St. Regis Hong Kong boasts an excellent location, offering convenient access to the Exhibition Centre MTR station and the waterfront promenade. The staff across all departments are incredibly warm and friendly. The Chinese restaurant, Rùn, offers top-notch cuisine and service. The hotel's decor is luxurious yet inviting, and the guest rooms are thoughtfully laid out, making for a very comfortable stay. The St. Regis Hong Kong will definitely be my preferred choice for hotels on Hong Kong Island!

When visiting Hong Kong Island, The St. Regis is definitely the top choice. The hotel facilities are probably the newest in Hong Kong right now, and the room design is aesthetically pleasing. The service is exceptional; from the doorman to the Housekeeping Manager, everyone is genuinely friendly and kind. A special shout-out to Max from Housekeeping, and a big thank you to the staff at the swimming pool for their detailed explanations and introductions. Both the pool and the gym are fantastic. I'll definitely be back to experience more next time!

This was my second stay at the hotel, and because of the excellent service, location, and comfort, my husband and I were able to enjoy some quality time together, away from looking after the kids, and truly relax our bodies and minds! Thanks to the hotel for the room upgrade and the warm welcome drinks and snacks – it was a lovely touch, and the quality didn't disappoint! The in-room dinner and breakfast were both exceptional. I hope they maintain this high standard! We'll definitely be back in the future and highly recommend it to everyone.

After deliberating for a few days about where to stay during my Hong Kong trip, I ultimately chose The St. Regis and it did not disappoint. I continue to love it as always. The environment, cleanliness, and service were all impeccable. When a small piece of wood fell from the ceiling at night, a repairman promptly came to fix it. The next day, they even sent a small gift as an apology. The housekeeping staff was also very diligent. A very satisfying stay.

This was my second stay, and once again, the room was cozy, clean, and tidy—almost perfect. The service was polite and made for a very comfortable experience. The 24-hour complimentary drinks and coffee were a nice touch, making this stay even better than my last. It would be absolutely perfect if the breakfast selection were a bit more diverse. The service was excellent; there was no discrimination against mainlanders, and staff across all departments could switch seamlessly between Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. The Run restaurant is highly recommended; the dishes are exquisite and delicious. The butler service was fantastic, responding very promptly via WeChat, and even delivering items to the room quickly after 11 PM. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast isn't a buffet; it's à la carte, with a variety of exquisite options including Chinese, American, Hong Kong, and Japanese styles. If you're not full, you can order more. They don't rush you out even if you stay past the 10:30 AM dining cut-off. The outdoor pool has a beautiful view. My favorite was the welcome drink, a seasonal special; this time it was an iced sour plum, sweet and refreshing. Getting around is also very convenient, with various convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I'll definitely come again.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to for this one. First, a big thanks to Trip.com's customer service; they were incredibly quick and efficient in helping me change my room type midway through my stay. Second, the hotel rooms and beds are huge, perfect for families traveling with children. The housekeeping was also top-notch, even for someone as particular as me. Third, all the hotel staff—from the front desk and breakfast attendants to the room service lady and the pool/gym staff—were incredibly welcoming and friendly. On our last day, the gentleman downstairs at check-out even gave us a more convenient subway route to Disneyland when he found out that was our destination. On the first morning, it was a holiday and quite busy. My mom asked about breakfast, and later that evening, the hotel sent up complimentary fruit and chocolates. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely be back.
