Best Western Haeundae Hotel

Great location, convenient for both the beach and the main street, with plenty of food options nearby. The room and facilities are pretty average, definitely only worth around 500-600 [currency]. The front desk staff were decent, but there was basically no other service.

The location is decent, with a snack street right downstairs. The front desk service was great, very enthusiastic. However, the cleaning staff had a bad attitude. On our last day, they didn't even clean the room. The hygiene was terrible, nowhere was clean, especially the duvet. Only the duvet cover was clean, but underneath it was absolutely disgusting – I still feel nauseous thinking about it. I'm not sure if it was bloodstains or something else... In the middle of the night, the electricity in our room went out completely. We had to pack up all our things and switch rooms late at night, which was a huge hassle. The duty manager, though, was very nice.

The location couldn't be better! Downstairs is Haeundae's liveliest commercial street and the entrance to Haeundae Beach. There are several 24-hour restaurants right below, and convenience stores are everywhere, every few steps. Even though the room faces the street, it's not noisy at all, and you can even see a partial ocean view of Haeundae from the window. I'm really satisfied. Highly recommend!

This hotel is super convenient, just 200 meters from Haeundae Beach, and there's a whole street of eateries right downstairs. The hotel facilities are decent and well-maintained. Overall, it was a good stay!

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Haeundae, very close to the beach with plenty of restaurants and shops around, making it a lively area. It's just a few minutes' walk from Haeundae subway station, and there are several bus routes available, so transportation is super convenient. It's also very close to X the Sky and D Club. The room type we booked this time was spacious and perfect for families with children.

We booked two rooms; one had a balcony with a beach view, and the other faced the street, which wasn't too noisy for us. The main advantage is the convenience. There's an alleyway full of food options right across the street, and a famous pork soup rice place directly opposite the hotel that always has a long queue from morning till night. Apparently, it's a popular chain here, and we tried it – it was delicious! The hotel is also just a few steps away from the beach. We took the bus back to Busan because the train station was quite far, but the bus was very convenient. Just wanted to share for anyone considering it 😄
