Haven't found the right hotel yet?
1. On the night of check-in, I drove to the lobby, and there was no doorman to help with luggage. I had to go in myself to find the front desk, which I can still accept, as they might be busy sometimes.
2. I parked the car and came up. At least 5 minutes had passed. My surname is rare, and my given name is definitely unique. The two elderly staff members at the front desk spent 5 minutes looking for my booking information and couldn't find it. It scared me, making me think I had booked the wrong date. Then, after another search, they found it. What does that mean? Does the Hilton system not have a search function?? I asked why they couldn't find it just now, and all I got was a flimsy "we couldn't find it just now..." What exactly does that mean??? I asked if there was any compensation, and they just gave me three cookies... Am I lacking in these snacks? And do I not deserve this welcome cookie unless such a blunder occurs???
3. When checking in, I wrote down my license plate number, assuming they would register it for us. However, when checking out the next day, the barrier gate still didn't lift automatically, and it still showed that I needed to pay for parking... I waited for two minutes, and only after a beep did the gate open...
4. I originally thought the ordeal would be over after checking out. I checked out at 10:30 AM and was already at another hotel in Sanya by 5:30 PM. While checking in there, I found out my ID card was still locked away by your hotel... and I had to contact the hotel to unlock it.... I am truly impressed, impressed!
5. There was also a fly in the room... and the cleanliness of the gym was just mediocre...
Who would believe that the happiest experience at Hilton was feeding parrots in the pet park?
A special mention goes to the two complimentary tickets to the pet park. My child absolutely loved it, experiencing being chased by ducklings and quails for feeding for the very first time.
