The interior design of Hengge Hotel is extremely comforting, and the butler service is both attentive and sincere. Around 4 AM, I wasn't feeling well and ordered some Fenbid (ibuprofen). After the delivery arrived at the front desk, the butler brought it up to my room immediately. The clothes I sent for laundry were neatly folded, wrapped in tissue paper, and delivered to my room—such a nice touch. The breakfast was also nutritious and abundant.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I wanted to try it out after seeing all the positive reviews online. Two butlers were already waiting by the roadside to welcome us. From the moment we stepped out of the car, we experienced top-notch service. The butlers gave us a patient and detailed introduction. Knowing that the next day was my birthday, they even thoughtfully ordered a cake. Although they were already off duty for the evening, they made a special trip to deliver the cake to the venue where we were celebrating, saying it added a special sense of occasion. I was truly touched by these thoughtful details and am extremely grateful for the butlers' dedication. Both the breakfast and afternoon tea were lavishly prepared, and they even prepared a welcome/departure gift. I will definitely bring my friends here to experience it again given the chance!

Visited during the National Day holiday. The parking lot was full and the location is a bit hidden, but the architecture has a lot of character and it's quite peaceful despite being in a central area. It's also not far from the attractions in Yuzhong District. The young butler was very helpful and friendly, carrying our heavy luggage up and down the stairs.

Nestled halfway up the mountain, it's incredibly quiet. The old Republic-era building has a wonderful historic charm. The service was impeccable, breakfast was delicious, and the coffee at the cafe was excellent too! They even gave us a souvenir when we left. We truly felt welcome and at home from arrival to departure!

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel environment was excellent. The breakfast was also very good. The best part was definitely the hotel service; all the staff were incredibly attentive. The butler even contacted me in advance to arrange everything, much of which I hadn't even anticipated myself. A huge thank you! ❤️❤️

It's rare for me to stay in a hotel where I feel the service is good. Because of the nature of my job, I actually travel a lot. Most stays are as expected, but this time in Chongqing, It was a rare find to stumble upon a guesthouse with genuinely good service. So, I have to write something to document this rare positive experience And share it with my clients [heart emoji] Before check-in, I connected with the butler. They sent me guides for local Chongqing tourist routes, bars, restaurants, etc. Everything I could think of, and even things I hadn't, they sent to me. And they proactively upgraded my room type ~ During my stay, all the usual services were provided. But they also specially opened a coffee shop for guests to use for free. My dirty clothes were washed, folded, wrapped like a gift 🎁 and returned. I ran out of cotton pads, and they brought a large new pack (usually I'd have to order delivery). They saw children and brought lots of fruit and snacks… The breakfast surprisingly included many homemade pastries. They grow aloe and mint in the yard; when I got bitten by a flower, they proactively came to wipe it. Any request I called the front desk for was responded to within 5 minutes… When I was leaving, I wasn't planning to return the room card at the front desk. I ran into the manager upstairs, who chased after me, And gave me a souvenir, local Chongqing specialties… Of course, the most memorable thing was everyone I met at the property, Their genuine smiles and kindness [heart emoji] When we parted, I couldn't help but ask the manager, I said, "I'm very satisfied with your service. What kind of SOPs and standards do you have?" The lovely young lady told me, "Our hotel has thirty rooms in total. It's not big. Our motto is to treat every customer who travels from afar as a friend. We treat customers the same way we would treat our beloved friends" [heart emoji] Time was limited, so I left in a hurry… But my heart felt warm, because of the feeling of being cared for. Even from strangers, it lights up your heart [heart emoji]

I usually don't bother writing reviews, but I'm more than happy to write one for this place. The service is genuinely excellent. From the initial booking communication to the front desk reception and all the staff in between – I can't remember names, but everyone I encountered provided fantastic service. The service felt very warm and they genuinely wanted to help; all our requests were met efficiently. The hotel itself has a nice design, and the location is quite convenient. The only minor improvement needed would be the unstable water temperature and pressure in the shower, sometimes it gets hot, or even hotter, haha. Everything else was great, and I have to praise the service again at the end! It's excellent, everyone should definitely check it out!!!
